Hot or Cold!!

Second, I drank this cold, you can drink hot, which I’ll be trying next. My cold review, I found it to be too sweet for my liking but the effectiveness of the product is outstanding!!! It’s worth it to take it when your extremely tired or need a good rest. The ingredients are good and you know what each item is. The price for them is good. So I can buy them when I’m done.

The taste is pretty good I like the initial cherry taste in my mouth but it lingers just a little to long for my liking. I also like the fact that it is drug free. After a few sips of the drink, it definitely starts to help shut your brain down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very skeptical that this product would help or taste okay, but I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted pretty good and it did help me unwind before bed. It doesn’t make you sleepy really fast, but it does help as part of a nighttime routine to relax before bed. I prefer it hot and drink it around one hour before going to sleep. The taste is good too - I get a faint after taste but I brush my teeth as soon as I finish it, so that wasn’t a big deal. My partner loves them though and has already purchased more!

I use one pack per one bottle of water or roughly 2 cups of water. I sleep better at night and wake up feeling great no fogginess or tiredness in the morning after using this. Which is a huge plus.
