Q: On 1/9, the website said a milk frother was included, so I paid for a Nespresso + a frother. It arrived today, w/ no frother. Since then, the online description was changed and no longer mentions the accessory. Did I get a substitute product?

Makes great coffee but rotating pod spinner gets stuck, really stuck between cups! Have to take a towel and manually turn it until it loosens, then it can be used again. Again, coffee is fantastic, but machine is a really pain. Originally went thru all the flush and error codes with online help, but now we just use a towel, open the lid and reach in and manually get it to turn. Not easy, but works.

The Nespresso Vertuo Plus is ALMOST perfect! It is the best machine & best value for your money! This machine almost does it all, but its overall performance and features makes up for its lacking. (It basically is not compatible with the 12oz Alto capsules). Perfect size water tank & waste basket. So so easy to use, pops up and down and press a button.

I was given this machine as a gift only two years ago and I was so excited. Unfortunately, it stopped reading the capsules only a few months after owning it. I had to jump through multiple hoops to get to working again (rinse, factory reset, unplug, wipe down, sing to it, etc.). Over the past two years this issue happened every few weeks. I was meticulous about cleaning, descaling, and keeping software up to date. When it works it’s great but it is the most frustrating machine I have ever owned. I had to call support twice. The last time they were very unhelpful and wanted me to use a brand new capsule to brew to troubleshoot (sure I’ll throw more money in the trash!). Before this machine, I had a Keurig for 12 years without issue! I’ll be going back to Keurig.

The ability for the machine to read a bar code and measures out the amount of oz/cup and the flavors..WOW! Very Impressed! Each cup has felt like a," Hug in a Mug". Bought one with my new home lasted about a year They sent Me a new one for free it just broke again exactly the same not making any more coffee just starts and revs called for help nothing getting done but it does well it used to make a good cup of coffee

My Nespresso has truly changed my life. I always have the fresh bold flavors of a freshly brewed coffee or espresso without the hefty bill that comes with going to a coffee shop. I love that I can choose from such a large variety of flavors and brands so that everyday is a new bliss! I’ve had my Nespresso now for about 3 years and use it almost everyday and have never had an issue. I’ve convinced so many people in my life to make the switch to Nespresso and not only have they thanked me, but so have their bank accounts! My Nespresso brings a sense of excitement and fun to my everyday mornings!

Hands down the best tasting at home coffee on the market. Very modern and sleek design (will fit in almost any kitchen). It brew pretty fast without waking the entire house. I’ve moved twice with this machine and it’s still going strong!
