I love that they’re high protein, but it is soy protein. The good thing is that they’re small and convenient while also filling you up. If you don’t mind the taste/texture and don’t have a soy allergy, this can be a good on-the-go snack that’s packed with protein.

Unfortunately, I did not like this high protein snack. My main reason for staying away from high protein shakes is because of the chalky taste they give. This snack was no exception. The chew in the snack was great but soon after I tasted the weird powder protein, which I do not like.

The texture wasn’t quite a rice crispy but was pretty close and the flavor was excellent. Will be buying again.

I like that’s there’s 15 grams of protein in these which makes it a great post workout snack. I normally eat these as an afternoon snack when I have a long day at work. Overall, I would recommend.
