Looks beautiful and that is all. It sticks like crazy and after less than a month it starts to fade the “ceramic” or a spot on it is getting bigger and bigger. My mistake that I bought a set of 2 after the reviews. I wonder why it has those good reviews… So disappointed. I don’t recommend it.

This is a beautiful set. I am finally enjoying cooking in the kitchen! Very easy to clean with a little soap and soft cloth. Heats quickly, cooks evenly. Beautiful! I’m glad I waited to order the set I wanted, 3 ply stainless steel with non-stick coating. The gold and white is beautiful too!

They have a good “weight” to them that makes them feel luxurious and durable (without being too heavy). They’re very versatile as I’ve cooked and reheated a couple of different things in this pan and each time it heats up quickly and evenly. It is also VERY nonstick and is easy to clean. These will definitely replace the current pans I have on hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE these pans! First and foremost, they are super chic. White and gold? Very classy looking. Definitely nice enough to leave out in the open, either on the stove or hanging, instead of hidden away in a cabinet. More importantly though, these are true to their word, and non stick. I say that with a big asterisk. From what I understand from reading up on ceramic pans, these need to be treated similarly to how you handle cast iron. Before my first use, I lightly coated the pan with vegetable oil (not olive). I then turned the heat on, let the oil hit the smoke point, and wiped it out. It was more of a precaution to try and ensure the pans stayed non-stick. With that done, I went to town on it. The pans seemed to heat evenly on my gas stove, but the burner did end up leaving marks shaped like the burner grate on the bottom. I’d recommend either sticking to glass top electric, or induction to prevent this. Personally, I am of a mind that things are meant to be used, not looked at. So I wasn’t particularly bothered by the discoloration marks on the bottoms. I may have been able to prevent this by just using a lower heat, but what’s done is done. The real test for me was my nemesis. Stir fry. I always have problems with sticking, especially the noodles. They adhere to the pan, and end up getting shredded to pieces when trying to scrape it off the bottom. I hate that so much. It just ruins the entire dish. I did not have that problem with these pans. I browned the meat first, which left some fond in the pan. Stir frying the veggies next cleaned that right up. Next was the most feared part - The noodles. My fears went unfounded. They did not stick AT ALL and I was able to get a little color on them. The final hurdle was the sticky teriyaki sauce. Still no sticking. Everything slid around in the pan life a dream, and slid right out onto the plate. Cleaning was simple. Again, treat it similar to cast iron. First, let it cool (this is important). Then, I use a very short hot water rinse to quickly get up most of the mess. I’ll admit, I was afraid to use soap after use, and didn’t. I then wipe them dry with a towel. I did have to put a little bit of elbow grease in with one of those scotch brite no scratch sponges on the soft side, but overall it cleaned up super well. There was a bit of residue left around the top edge of the pan where the seam is, but I’m not bothered by it. Overall, I really do love these pans. I’m hoping to get many, many long happy years of use out of them. Just remember to care for them properly, and do not use metal utensils. You will ruin the pans.

They are ceramic and hopefully healthier to cook with? The Green pans are non-stick and very easy to clean. I use them for everything, my new go-to cookware. I would recommend them!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pans! They are very sturdy and heavy. It's a large thick handle that helps me keep a grip. There's plenty of surface area to cook with. I think food doesn't stick as much as my other pans do if at all. I noticed there's already scratches at the bottom from being used on the eyes of the stove after a few uses. However, I don't mind as long as the coating itself stays intact and does not peel off. I do not use metal on it, but rather a soft cloth. It's much better and keeps the pan quality lasting longer.

The entire pan was evenly heated. The handle remained cool to the couch and did not transfer heat. It was easy to clean with soap and water. I love these pans. Also, they look amazing.
