This kind of power cycling can often be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps: 1. Check the power cable for secure connection and signs of damage. If it’s bent, pinched, pressed by furniture, or shows wear, replacing it may resolve the issue. 2. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and test operation. 3. Update the TV’s software (if the TV remains on long enough). Note that a power interruption during an update can cause further issues, so only proceed if the TV is staying on reliably. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. If your TV is connected to SmartThings, it may be turning on from a signal sent through the network. You can disable this feature by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile = Off If none of these steps resolve the issue, your TV may need service.     Vastly superior product

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Samsung TV for nearly two years now. This is our 3rd flat screen TV, and our first Samsung. We selected it after observing the twelve or so different brands and models at the store. We were impressed the sharpness, brightness and contrast the device had. To our added surprise, the 2025 models has just been delivered, so we jumped at the chance to get the "newer and improved" model. We have not been disappointed in any way. This is indeed the finest television we've ever owned.

    Super Samsung Smart TV

It's like having a movie screen in my home. The smart feature is super and I'm still finding out features that I can access. I'm really happy with my Samsung purchand I'm proud to support them by buying it, because I helped defend the country of it's origin because I was stationed in the Republic of Korea for 5 years and I flew the DMZ regularly. I'm very glad that they have the freedom and the wherewithal to create this and many other products.

    Hard to Operate

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV screen, picture, brightness and all that is just fine, but the issue I have is the complexity of operating it. To a younger person who is familiar with all the steps you take to watch it, it may not be complex, but for myself, it is! I actually bought the TV for my parents, who are 93 and 94 and it is more difficult than they are able to handle. Since then we have bought an older Samsung TV, and it seems to work better for them.

    Good smart TV, software is sluggish at times

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is bright enough. Colors are great. Love the resolution. Software is a bit sluggish specifically when entering settings the first time even if the monitor has been running for some time. Have had issues with the Bluetooth audio, those have mostly been resolved over time with various software updates, but occasionally [maybe once every 1-2 months] still have to unplug the tv to get it to reset and connect.

    Where's the volume numbers?

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The volume I can hear but can't see how high the volume is? Overall great TV I believe Samsung to be the best. I owned Vizio's and both took a crap. Again great tv

    Fair little smart tv

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good tv to have in our small guest bedroom. Brightness and color saturation are typically good in Samsungs. The only I had was mounting it with some VESA mounts where the bolts didn’t fit correctly so had to hunt for some loose ones to do the job

    Great features, except one

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with all the features of my Samsunf TV, except one. I am hard of hearing and must use hearing aideas; however, trying to adjust the TV and hearing aide to a comfortable sound is impossible. To resolve the issue, I purchased Holdsound BKM400 Wireless Headphone for TV. The headphones and TV indicater successful pairing, but no sound from the head phone. I'm wondering if my TV model supports Output Audio?

    Great Picture and Sound

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound are excellent. I have Dish Network, and the channels and DVR Recordings are much better than my previous TV in the bedroom. (Sanyo 40 inch)
