    Soft & delicious

    The focaccia mix is delicious and it's a snap to put together. I liked the rise also as I could split the bread and use sandwich style. I'm glad I bought 2 boxes!

    Very good and easy to

    Very good and easy to make. After the dough was ready, I pushed cut cherry tomatoes, Gouda cheese pieces and pieces of olives into the dough before I baked it. Really turned out great.

    Good for larger group

    The mix was easy to put together and tasted great when hot. Unfortunately i didn’t taste as good the following days. It’s great if making it for a meal with a group that will eat it all.

    Fluffy and Delicious!

    I used this mix to make the Christmas Ham Focaccia and it turned out terrific. Coming across the recipe is what made me purchase the mix - it just sounded really good. It was an easy bake, thanks to the mix! I refrigerated the leftovers and heated up individual slices in the oven, wrapped in foil. Now to attempt your Recipe of the Year, the Big and Bubbly Focaccia.     Crowd Pleasing Go To

    Easy, delicious and always a crowd pleaser. I always have a box of this mix on hand for last minute hosting or when I need a quick no fuss hostess gift I wrap a box of this mix in a linen towel and call it good.
