We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Nonstick did not last
I treated these pans exactly as instructed by the manufacturer and they were wonderful for about 5 uses. They immediately lost their nonstick quality and now are no more nonstick than my stainless steel pans.

Failing after a month of regular use
Very nice pans at first. Things would slide around in the pan effortlessly. I use a non abrasive dish sponge and for some reason the non stick is failing already. At just over a month of purchase. I let them heat up, I don’t use them on high heat. The nonstick is not sticky or flawed in anyway yet the nonstick is failing to be nonstick at this point. Eggs and potatoes have been sticking to the point they crust and need to be scraped from the bottom. Cleans like a breeze though haha, just doesn’t cook s nearly effective. I really hoped these pans, panned out for me. I was looking at much larger sets after my purchase but now I’m skeptical. Be ware. I don’t use metal in them because I figured that would make them last longer. Perhaps I looked at them the wrong way. Who knows. Pretty to look at, suck to cook in.

Best pan
I love this pan first of all . It works like no other pan I ever had before and it’s my favorite pan ever . However after using it for the second time it had a brown ring on the inside of the pan which I don’t like much , it don’t hurt the performance it’s only cosmetic . I would recommend this pan to anyone .

Green Pan Prism skillets
These skillets are awesome, cooked eggs and no sticking. Granted I use a dab of butter for flavor, but areas that do not get butter do not stick. They are thick and do not feel like the cheep pans. With the thick bottom they heat evenly. Replaced old Calphalon pans with these Prism pans and I have to say they are way better. I am impressed.

Great nonstick pans
I love my Green frying pans. They’re really nonstick. So far I made eggs, cheese tortillas, crepes and pancakes in it and nothing stuck to it. I did use a little oil or butter depending on what I was making. It’s very easy to clean. The pan warms up quickly so I only use the medium setting on my electric stove. A tip I read in the reviews in other sites was, if something sticks is because of high temperature or not using oil or butter. I highly recommend these frying pans.

Nonstick, and perfect for back-to-back meals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved using the GreenPan Prism Hybrid Wok. It’s shockingly lightweight for its size, which made tossing and stirring super easy — especially helpful when juggling kids and dinner at the same time. I used it to cook marinated pork shoulder slices (coated in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and cornstarch), and it performed beautifully. The meat browned evenly and cooked through without sticking at all — a huge difference from my old wok, where cornstarch used to cling to the surface and burn. Even after adding onions and green bell peppers, nothing stuck or turned soggy — the veggies stayed crisp and fresh, with great color and texture. Cleanup was also a breeze. After the first dish, I just wiped it clean with a paper towel and went straight into cooking a second dish without washing it in between. When I did wash it, a little soap and warm water with a sponge brought it back to brand new — no scrubbing needed.

Super versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has quickly become one used most frequently in my house. I went with the wok, we’ve used it for everything from stir fry, scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, quesadillas, and French toast. We use primarily stainless steel but it is so helpful to have a pan that things better cooked at low temperatures won’t get stuck to. I’d been looking at pans like these and had considered buying one but was nervous about the price. Now that I have one, I 100% will be buying another one, probably a small frying pan

HexClad level quality, without the HexClad price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a fan and current owner of HexClad pots & pans... I can say with certainty that the quality of this GreenPan wok is in the exact same league for much less price of entry. This is the perfect pan for those sticky saucy meals that always end up with hard burnt remains that are a pain to clean in regular non-stick pans. I cracked an egg straight in this pan with no oil or butter. The egg did not slide around like informercials make you think, but when I went to flip it, there was no egg stuck to the pan. I love that these pans are metal utensil safe as well, extremely durable. The heat distribution was better than I thought it would be as well.

Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this wok. It heats evenly and has been easy to clean! It’s held up very well so far and we’ve used it for many meals. It’s definitely become a kitchen staple, as it is the perfect size for a meal for two.
