    I've had endless connectivity issues since day 1. I bought these 3 months ago and suddenly now the audio sounds like it's being play under water. The audio before was great, but every time I used them was very frustrated by connectivity issues. These are the worst earbuds I've used in years.

    I’ve owned the earbuds for a little over a week and appreciate the terrific sound and noise cancellation. Bose is my go to for audio and has been for almost twenty years. Unfortunately I have to take one star off because the QCE app is a little buggy. I have to delete and reload the app every other day because it stops connecting to the buds for some reason.

    I've had Bose earbuds before with no problem. These were to replace my old ones, but have tried every combination of ear pieces and the will not stay in. If I bend over or move my head to fast they work loose. I do woodworking and looking down and bending over is part of it. Not very happy with them.

    The quality is good, but I'm unable to pair the buds with my TV. Pairing with TV was one of the main reasons I ordered these Earbuds. I have old Bose earbuds that can be easily paired.

    I purchased this because my 6 year old Bose Sports Earbuds started malfunctioning on the right side. I will say that the sound quality is excellent and the 2 levels of noise reduction works very well. The only downside is the Charging Case. This new version feels like the “Temu” version. The feel is cheap and when you open them it doesn’t have the “strong” hinges that its predecessor did. I believe this will be the 1st thing to possibly fail. Time will tell. All in all a decent product.

    I purchased these to replace my old sport ear buds. Better info on pairing would be helpful. I have not been able to use yet. They are more comfortable to wear. Need to spend time figuring out how to use with hats in the winter. I primarily use for running and work outs.

I already have a pair of older Quiet Comfort that I am extremely pleased with: fit, performance, pairing, app, sound and noise cancelling These are the opposite in all those categories. The reviews said these were as good as the current Ultras. Not true for me. The price was right at the upper end of my price point. I should've passed. Also- why the hell are these made with the serial number in a position it's impossible for humans to read?

    I bought these 3 weeks ago. At first, I thought they were great. They seemed to be clear sounding and the noise cancellation was great. However, I took them on a long flight and noticed that the noise cancelling did not filter out when airline workers were talking on the PA system. The talking was clear as day, which I was a little annoyed by. I don't know if that is a feature so users can hear airline workers but I could also hear conversations of those talking nearby clearly with the noise cancelling on, which I did not like. Later on in the flight, I also noticed that there was a weird grinding noise in my earbuds that was not present when I took the earbuds out. I intend to return these as the noise cancelling feature was not usable and had annoying side effects that I do not want to tolerate.

    There is a need for a set of earbuds dedicated to just complete noise cancelation for sleeping. QC 's accomplish noise cancellation but sometimes are interrupted by picking up sound. Also, the earpieces for pure noise cancellation earbuds must be small enough to not be uncomfortable when side sleeping. rusting in Bose quality for such a design.

    These earbuds are too Big & they hurt my ears! Was hoping to replace my wired Bose, sad to say They Did Not replace them I use they more. Bought two pair years ago and just shared a pair with my husband he said they sound the best he has used. I had called and asked about a smaller ear bud, was told I would get a kit to fix them But ten days and No Kit!! till then NO More Stars

    I bought these to replace my soundsport wireless, I like to alternate while listening to music from my Bose QuietComfort Ultra and my soundsport. But my soundsports only last 1-2 hours on a charge. So I purchased the Bose QuietComfort to replace the soundsport. The QuietComfort are great but not as good as the QuietComfort Ultra they are truly noise canceling. The QuietComfort I can hear some muffled noise in the background. Overall great product

    They are TOO Big for my ears and they hurt! I called and was told that they would send OUT a kit to fix this Problem!!!!!! Two weeks and NO Kit!!! then the kit doesn’t come in the color I had ordered how dumb! I can say that Bose does not have a good service base or web site. Will KEEP MY BOSE WIRED PAIR THEY HAVE GREAT SOUND and I can wear all day and all night!
