Love it!! Didn’t irritate my face, smooth and easy application, usually I have trouble with sunscreen they usually irritate my eyes. I’ve been using it for 1 wk and no irritations

Made my skin breakout in a rash. I hope it goes away soon :( I usually love ordinary products but I will be returning this.

Bought this hoping it wouldn't make my foundation separate(which ot didn't) but it broke me out so bad. Red dry itching bumps all over my face and neck.

This is such an amazing sunscreen. It glides on the skin, is not too sticky, and doesn't leave a white cast. Kinda off a dupe for kiehl's sunscreen.

Although I only wanted to stick to THE ORDINARY line of facial products this SPF 45 Serum burned my face slightly when I used it. I thought about taking it back but kept it because I want to give it a fair chance. It feels very light weight on your face; I'd like something a little heavier. I wouldn't say don't buy because it a personal preference. Light fragrance and feels smooth it's just not for me.

I like but don't love this product. It gets the job done but is a little heavier that I would prefer. It has caused some pilling with makeup application. Good but not great.

This product made my face burn, and gave me patchy dry and itchy skin on my face.

Pump would not work for sunscreen. I know it's can happen bit its annoying..I placed my order online to save a trip going into store but will end up there anyway.

Broke me out so badly I thought I was having an allergic reaction! After just two uses, my face and neck were covered in tiny bumps. Definitely not sensitive skin friendly. The pump also didnt seem to work super well and wouldnt fully rise back up between pumps.

I wanted to love this so much! I loved the glow it gave me, but after just a few days I developed contact dermatitis from it.

I double cleanse every morning. I also add no more than two serums of my choice (depending on how my skin is acting that day) after toner. I have tried this multiple times with different serums and moisturizers that usually work with other products in my routine. This product has always managed to build up into balls of product on my face then flake off throughout the day. As someone with acne prone and oily skin, this is a BIG no.

Absorbent & Light! Love this formula! It was easy to layer over my serum and moisturizer. It almost feels like you’re wearing nothing. My sensitive skin hasn’t had a reaction and it works.

I couldn't believe how fast my skin went downhill using this product. For context I have a normal skin type, sometimes tending towards dry, and have never experienced a reaction to a skincare product. This SPF gets 1 extra star because I liked the consistency and it settled well without leaving a white cast on me (though I am very fair.) Everything else has been awful in my personal experience. Day one was perfectly fine, but by the end of day two using this sunscreen every inch of my skin was covered in small, itchy under the skin bumps. I can tell it was this product because even my neck and hands where I applied the excess are broken out. Such a waste and an unbelievable experience from The Ordinary considering how highly regarded they are by myself and many others.

As a sensitive and *very* fair skinned girly, I must say that this works to preven sunburn. I bought this so that I could stop putting body sunscreen on my face and was a little skeptical because I sunburn very easily. I took it to Mexico and did not have any sunburn on my face, neck or ears where this was applied. Highly recommend!

I like it so far I been using this since October 2025 the only thing I don't like is feels heavy I have to wait long period of time to be able to put makeup on

This product is light, odorless, and perfect on my sensitive skin. It works great under makeup (no pilling, no weirdness). It's not super greasy, doesn't leave a white caste. High spf, and at a reasonable cost. No notes.

I tried this sunscreen cause I liked the price-point and enjoy all The Ordinary products I have tried, when I tell you this is the worst sunscreen I have ever put in my face... believe me. My skin burned and broke out so horribly and is still recovering after a week. I have oily skin but I would describe my sensitivity as normal. I genuinely am so disappointed in this product, and advise anyone, ever to read all these reviews and stay away.

Love the lightweight of this serum like sunscreen. Hydrating and works well under makeuo. Gives that glass look people are always trying to achieve.

This sunscreen is ok — not terrible but not amazing either. My skin is pretty sensitive and reactive, but this formulation doesn’t bother me. However, it has irritated my eyes on occasion. It’s a little bit more shiny and dewy than I like. I like that it isn’t water resistant making it a lot easier to wash off. It’s challenging to find a chemical sunscreen that’s not water resistant. I’ll be finishing my bottle but not repurchasing.
