Q: My coconut and vanilla shampoo was pink when I bought it is it still safe to use or should I throw it away?
A: Hi Jasp, Thanks for reaching out to us and great question! Some Native products may undergo cosmetic changes (e.g. change in color) during storage. This is typically driven by naturally-derived ingredients in our fragrance oils, with some fragrances more likely to cause changes than others due to their ingredient compositions. These cosmetic changes do not impact product efficacy or scent, and the product will perform as expected. We hope that helps put any concerns at ease! Please let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy the rest of your day :)
