Residue
I like the idea and convenience, but everything comes out with a film/residue. I started using tap water, but also used store bought filtered water and the residue is still there.

Device worked great the first 4 months but after it would no longer wash bottles accordingly and will leave them super dirty.

This is a must have! My girlfriend loves this product, it saves so much time with washing bottles. We use it about 2 times a day. However, about 5 months in using this product we had an unexpected error code E5. I went on the momcozy website and chatted with an Ai and pretty much did what it asked to do. It didnt work, I was past the 90 day return date but I contacted Target call service and they gave me a number to Momcozy. This time I just sent an Email to Momcozy and they basically took care of me. Customer Service were great on both ends. Even though this product is a bit on the expensive side, it is definitely worth it. I do believe the product has a 1 year warranty.

Most uaed baby item I got
I love this machine, and I think it is truly worth the investment. I run this thing several times a day. It can fit about 8 bottles at a time. Or my Momcozy Air1 Slim in one wash. It took two with my Willow Go. It’s this machine that had me try a breast pump from them as well and I was so happy I did!

love the idea, dont care for the design
Small, have to puzzle piece everything in. Designed for only 4 bottles (although you can puzzle piece more in there, they just won’t be over the specific bottle washer jets). I’m short (5’ 2”) so i have to stand on my tipppy toes to load it because I can’t see inside it. Even if it doesn’t use all the water it still drains it all every cycle so you have to refill it all again (which is a waste of you are buying distilled water from the store).

Can't believe I went nine months without this. Works very good. If you have hardwater you should use distilled water to prevent water spots. Wish it held six bottles instead of just four but i do about two cycles a day when full. Haven't had any issues so far and saves so much time and stress when you're in a hurry and work full time.

I literally cannot love this thing enough has been a huge game changer and I am 4 months in on my 3rd kid breast feeding and this helps me kick butt. I have hand washed everything and then sterilized it before but this....this makes my life so much nicer.

I'm so happy I bought this. It has really helped me keep sane while pumping and bottle feeding. I run in 2-3 times per day. I'm happy I got it only a few weeks after the baby was born. It's expensive but we are getting good use out of it.

Game changer
This unit has significantly improved my day-to-day. The worst part of each day was coming home from work and having to clean every single breast pump part and bottles, sterilizing and drying them. Now I simply load them in and they are cleaned and dry! It has saved me critical time to enjoy my baby and take the edge off of evenings. I wish I had bought this sooner!

Forget the fancy stroller or bassinets. This item is my top must have in my parenthood journey. We run this twice a day and everything comes out squeaky clean and dry. Save your time, mental wellbeing and your hands from drying out. Do yourself a favour and invest in this!
