Easy to take! No after taste! Great results!
I’ve been taking this magnesium citrate supplement for the past few weeks and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how much easier it is to fall asleep. They definitely have had a calming effect on me. I’ve taken the recommended two soft gels each day, but I’ve taken them at night time with food. No side effects and no negative effects. Easy to swallow! Seems like a quality product.

Seems to be okay
Works well. I can’t really tell if it’s making a difference but no adverse side effects. The thing I am a little concerned about are the ingredients. There is safflower oil, gelatin, vegetable, glycerin, yellow, beeswax, sunflower, Latin, titanium dioxide, and colors added. That seems a little excessive, but I am not sure.

Great product
Great product! Format of softgels is easy to swallow and its absorbs fast. 60 softgels in a bottle. Bottle with a flip lid is comfortable to use. After taking it for a month I can tell that I feel overall more energetic and sleep better.

Great contribution to diet and exercise
The pills have a smoove texture. They're a little big but tolerable enough to swallow (pause). They don't have a bad after tast. My son has lost 5 lbs exercising and dieting. You can seen his muscles really pop.

Mag supplement/not recommended
There’s a few things that negatively stood out with this product. The container was not sealed with a safety seal. The dosage is 250 mg when a standard magnesium supplement dose is 350mg or 400mg. And lastly, the shocking purple color. This makes me not want to ingest this product. Oh, and I’m not a big fan of the old timey package look.

Easy to digest and no cramps overnight
This magnesium supplement was easy to digest. The soft gels make swallowing smooth. My muscles did not cramp overnight. I slept better taking the magnesium after dinner. The bottle necessitated a standard opening process with proper seals.

Works well
Only have been on these for almost a month but they seem to be working great. They are a bigger soft gel than I usually take but I didn’t have a problem swallowing them. You might if you are used to the smaller clear soft gels. Other than that I cannot complain about them. Guaranteed not to have any added milk, egg, fish, crustacean, shellfish tree nut, peanut wheat, soy beans, or sesame. Awesome magnesium!
This magnesium citrate is 250 mg per serving. You take two soft gels per day with food. I love that it's fast absorbing. It helps with nerve and heart health as well as muscle relaxation. I would highly recommend it. I also love that it is soy-free.

Seems to be helpful
I started taking these as a result of having twitchy legs at night. My physician did not describe it as “restless leg syndrome” (yet), but suggested taking more magnesium, especially at night. It’s only been a few weeks, but they seem to be helping. I would recommend you talk with your physician before taking any supplement, but if magnesium is prescribed, these seem to do the trick.

Do not recommend
I was excited to try this brands product. However, it wasn't anything that I would try once it was received. The bottle wasn't sealed and many of the capsules were broken. The bottle wasn't broken or damaged. Therefore leaving me to question the manufacturers processing.

Makes me feel great
This makes me feel so great during the busy work week, with children and working out 6 days a week. I feel stronger and more focused than ever before and even walk more in my neighborhood. Easy to swallow too.

Didnt work for me
I take magnesium citrate regularly for muscle pain and weakness during my typical hormonal cycle. This, however, did not seem to work as well as other brands. I felt loose joints and felt in danger of getting hurt. It requires a 2 pill daily dose so this bottle is only for 30 days; the label is slightly misleading.
