Waste of money. It gets stuck on its own docking station when exiting to clean and cant manage to figure out how to maneuver around its own dock. The suction power, even on high is poor. The "self cleaning" mop is a joke and the mop sits there drenched in dirty mop water. Its constantly getting stuck. I wish we would have gotten a different brand because this one isnt worth it

Love everything about it
I was reluctant to get a robot vacuum/mop, but now that I have I can't see myself without it. It does everything I would expect it to do and more. The only thing that would make it better is if it washed the dishes, too.

Disappointed
I bought this a couple of months ago. The box did not have the cleaning fluid or an owners manual. Now I can’t get the sharkclean.eu to download. I have had 2 of the shark robots and it surprises me. I really want to use it.

Always broken!
Parts are always breaking and needing to be replaced. Then the parts that need to be replaced are always out of stock!! So frustrating!!

Junk! I am on my third one. This company refuses to refund my money So I can move on from this nightmare of a product. They just keep sending me machines that don’t work after 3 months. Vacuum part works fine. The mopping part works half the time. Save your money and buy an iRobot. Beware of the 5 star reviews. Those people get paid to post a 5 star review.

It doesn't work well for my house; it's overpriced for this quality. The bacteria dies very quickly, in 30 minutes, even though it says it will complete its cycle in 1 hour. It has to recharge for 3 hours, and it never completes its full cycle; I have to wait 3 hours for it to finish.

I purchased this as a replacement of my Narwal Freo. I wanted something that emptied itself while vacuuming. I’ve used it to vacuum and mop and it did great. It’s not designed to clean your floors as good as a human can but it definitely helps keep up with the extra sand and dirt tracked in between my regular home cleanings. My only wish is that it was a little quieter.

Okay when it works
Had this machine over a year ago it worked great at the beginning but now it’s just junk. Cleaned it extremely well but still does not work even buying a new water canister. I messed up and did not get the extra warranty.

Love how it mops and vacuums
I purchased the Matrix Plus over month ago and was well pleased with how it cleaned. So I decided to upgrade to the PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro which will mop, clean and dry the mop pad, empty the dirty water, while refilling the robot with cleaning solution for its next job. It also vacuums well and I love how my carpeted areas always look clean and well maintained. I hardly ever have to touch it, hence it's name NEVERTOUCH PRO. I love the robot but what I think really needs work is the app. It's so frustrating to have this fantastic cleaning robot and yet have it supported by this outdated app with really few available functions. The app.is keeping this particular unit from receiving its deserved 5 stars. I would still recommend this Shark robot nevertheless.

Well worth the price!
Bought this product for myself for Christmas and I'm loving it. Wish I had purchased it sooner. I have 4 dogs and is grueling for me to keep up with the vacuuming and mopping. This product does this for me with no effort on my part. Would highly recommend this purchase for those that may be on the fence and are hesitant. Well worth the cost!

Good but could be much better
Works well enough but isn't a replacement for a true human-powered mopping job. Leaves small dust. Also, often misfires-- it thinks it has "completed its mission" when it has only done a fraction of the apartment. Then it goes back to the base, and I have to try it again. Sometimes it works. The map seems accurate- but it has some sort of bug where it prematurely thinks it is finished quite often. It will sometimes go just a few feet and then go back.

LOVE THIS!! Long Battery life and great features
I’ve had this for about a month and I love it. I schedule my cleaning times for different rooms you can only schedule 2 per day. My whole house has hardwood floors except master bath which is tile. I have the mop set to eco and it doesn’t put a lot of water on the floors which is key for my hardwood. If it needs to cross the carpet in mop mode, it lifts the mop up so it doesn’t touch carpet!! I have 2 dogs, one is a German Shepherd who sheds so much, and the vacuum hasn’t clogged up at all. When it’s full it empties itself into the bin and goes back out to pick up where it left off. The battery life is amazing, I have 2 other Shark robot vacuums for my second and third floors, the battery life on them is probably half of this one. If you get it on sale it is so worth it!!

Worst product!!!!
It’s the worst product I have ever purchased. Suction power is too low. Shark intelligently didn’t mention the power in its tech specification. When I turn on mop, it says it will first vaccum it and then mops but when detects carpet, instead of vaccuming it just skips the entire carpet.
