This is my second month using this product and I've noticed a change in haor and nail growth since i started. The chews taste great! it's hard to believe they're vitamins. My only complaint is that you can get them a lot cheaper on their website. They give you 40% off if you subscribe.

This product saved my life (kind of). Not to be overly dramatic, but I LOVE THIS STUFF. My hair, nails and skin look AMAZING. My hairstylist just yesterday commented on how thick and luxurious my hair has become, and my nails have never been stronger. I have actually gone up to people who have hair loss and recommended it!
