Poor quality stick non-stick pan
The pan is definitely not non-stick. My previous air fryer lasted ten years and never had food stick to it once. I cook very simple meals, yet this pan is a nightmare to clean because everything sticks to it. I initially thought the pan was faulty, and I was given a replacement, but it has the exact same issue. Overall, this has been a very disappointing purchase from a trusted brand like Philips. All my other Philips products have been high quality, but this one has been extremely underwhelming.

Hi CL12, I’m really sorry to hear that the pan isn’t performing as expected, I totally understand how frustrating that must be. To keep your Airfryer parts in good condition, you can clean the pan, basket, or baking tray with hot water, dish soap, and a soft brush. A few tips that might help: Let the Airfryer cool for about 30 minutes before cleaning. All parts have a non-stick coating, so avoid metal utensils or abrasive cleaners. If food is stuck, fill the pan with hot water + dish soap and let it soak for 5–10 minutes to loosen residue. For stubborn grease, you can use a stronger liquid degreaser, following the instructions. All parts are also dishwasher‑safe. Durable Air Fryer with great features
Great features which are easy to use. Love using it. Only concern is that the 4 pens/quills of the square inner plate would not be durable/resistant in the long run.

Life saver for the Kitchen
First Time Air Fryer user. By no means a food maker. But it is so simple and easy to follow recipe's. Can now sustain myself and make great edible food. Good quality product, easy to use and a good addition to the kitchen. Would like to have a setting bell for half way through cooking to turn food. Cannot go wrong in buying a Phillips.

This was to replace an older Phillips air fryer. After thorough washes and two uses, the electric+fish-like smell coming from the air fryer was unbearable and literally kept some family members from wanting to eat (made a side of tater tots in the fryer). Food was oddly wet in some spots, clumped together in others, and ineffectively cooked all around

It's okay
Pros: cheaper price, does the job, big Cons: it works so much slower than the ninja l, what takes me 10mins in the ninja air fryer takes me 20 mins in this one. I previously had a ninja it got old and wore down so I needed a new one, I saw this one with all the good reviews, it was bigger and cheaper but I ended up returning it. I ended buying the XL 6 quart ninja instead and spent the extra $20 since it was on sale. I’m super happy with the ninja.
