This is one of those things I didn't think I needed… but now I use it all the time. It comes with a little soap, brushes, and a drying rack—basically everything you need to clean bottles or pump parts when you're out. I keep it in my diaper bag and it's saved me so many times. The soap actually gets rid of that milk smell (which is huge), and it's safe for baby, so I don't have to worry about what I'm using. Only downside is the drying rack is kinda small and the soap runs out quick—but honestly it's still worth it.
