Frustrating packaging

Love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. BUT, the packaging makes it impossible to get the product out of the bottle as needed. In order to use it, you have to remove the cap completely and squeeze some out into your hand, then screw the cap back on. It’s just frustrating when the top is clearly made to be popped open, but nothing comes out no matter how hard you try. This will keep me from purchasing again.
