Why does this product SMELL so bad. The smell is so bad it out weighs any good this product says it does.

I donr feel like thus done abuthing for my hair. Wouid not purchase again

I tried this a month ago by buying the small bottles. I’ve now ordered the jumbo sizes but got no pumps. How the heck do I dispense the product, especially the conditioner. They are going back unless I’m sent the pumps. Spent too much money to not get pumps. These bottles are HEAVY.

The smell was like very strong baby aspirin. I miss the original scent. I felt this was comparable to Sake Bomb. Seems like just a minor formula tweak with a new obnoxious scent.

I am in my early 40's and live in central florida. Its very hard to hold a style in my hair in the summertime here because of the extreme humidity. I was in Ulta one day and decided to smell this shampoo - it smelled amazing - so i decided to give it a try, just based on that. I went home and washed and conditioned my hair (with the matching conditioner). I immediately noticed that it lathered very well and made my hair feel thicker. Then I used the conditioner and was pleasantly surprised at how well it detangled my hair. Next, I dryed my hair and gave myself a good blowout with my dyson airwrap, and went out to universal studios, on one of the hottest, most humid days of summer. Usually, weather like that makes my naturally wavy hair super frizzy, and ruins my blowout. To my surprise, my hair stayed beautifully styled, all day, and still looks good 2 days later! I think i found my new favorite shampoo and conditioner (and I've tried them ALL), and I am so happy!

Also, the blowout spray that you are supposed to use with It smells terrible. Overall the scent is way too perfumey…hair blows out nicely, but really no different than other shampoos, conditioners, heat protectors. I prefer other Drybar products and will not purchase this set again.

I love the idea of a strengthening shampoo for blowouts. I thought it would work without using additional products but unfortunately, when you read the product listing page more closely, the heat protection is only specified with a temperature if it's used with their spray… I wish it was clear up to what temperature the shampoo + conditioner alone were good for. As for the usage itself. It's very easy to lather which is great! And smells nice and clean without being overwhelming. Gifted by Drybar
