The Hibiscus flavor tastes so good, feels like a treat for me. No weird taste or saltiness either. Could maybe have a bit more electrolytes, but happy that it is high in Vit C, Zinc, and has B vitamins. Helps me curb my appetite too since Im drinking more water.

Great but dependent on flavors
I don't know how the hydration capabilities really are, but I'll speak to the flavors. The major pro about Salud is that the powder dissolves really easily in water. Some of the other packets require a lot of mixing, but I've found that Salud just dissolves on it's own within a minute or two in cold water. I don't feel like there's any sort of powder/chalky after taste and some of their flavors are really good. Out of the flavors I've had, the Jamaica is the best. I've tried horchata, which to me was not drinkable, it was so artificial and tasted so bad. I normally like Horchata, but this one was not it. I've also tried strawberry, and it's too artificially sweet for my taste. I had to add a squeeze of lemon to make it taste better. I think the drink packets themselves are great, you'll just need to try them out to find a flavor that works for you!

Absolutely the BEST tasting electrolytes I’ve ever tasted! I usually only do straight coconut water but I drink the mello drinks to help me sleep and their flavors are gross! So I add one of these strawberry packets to the pomegranate mello and it tastes incredible! First Electrolyte Drink I've Liked
Every electrolyte drink/mix I've ever tried has had stevia in it and the aftertaste makes me feel physically ill. I caught some bug from my kids and decided to bite the bullet and try this because I didn't see stevia listed as an ingredient. I mixed it with lots of ice and some water and I kept waiting for a yucky artificial taste to hit and it never came. My kids begged me for a sip and they really liked it as well. The taste isn't bad at all, and I'm pretty darn picky. Hoping it helps physically, I ran the product through ChatGPT and it was pretty positive about the ingredients so I'm optimistic.
