These pills were a somewhat unique shape and I could have them with a meal or without any still felt absolutely fine. I liked that they did not have a scent and seemed to have a coating to prevent any bad taste. The only thing that I wish were different was the dosage size. I wish it was a single pill instead of the need to take two, as I already take a high volume of pills. Overall, I am pleased with the product and think they are a great value.

Th Centrum Age Defy for men is even better because it’s specially made for men over 35. It has Vitamin A, B, C, D, and K and important minerals like calcium and magnesium. I like it comes in a metal bottle which gives it a more premium feeling. The instructions stay to take 2 tablets a day with food which gives a months supply for this bottle quantity.

I would have requested the Women's version of this nutritional supplement, but all the claims for them had already been claimed and they were out. The print on the label is very tiny and difficult to read, especially for old eyes. Not formulated for children.
