[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost I loved the taste of this product! I have been using it consistently for two weeks before bedtime and I absolutely love it! The flavor is incredible and I never have to force it down. It’s like a sweet little treat before bed. I do not wake up tired or fatigue it’s the perfect thing to give me the best nights sleep. I had to take benedryl in the past and would wake up so tired. I will be keeping this in stock and in my bedside table!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pack flavor was very natural with no aftertaste. The product required more stirring than other drink mixes but dissolved quickly. The single serving packets were very easy to use, residual when adding to bottle water to shake and mix. Drowsiness and relaxation started within 15 to 30 minutes, which is great for those having trouble getting to sleep. The effects only lasted a few hours so would not be a good product for those with overnight sleep issues. There was some initial bloating and lots of flatulence the following morning. This would be great for occasion use but would not recommend it on a daily basis.

The taste was a little funky but I had really deep sleep the first night I tried this. Noticeable deep sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed. I was surprised the feelings of calm transferred into the next day even. I’ve experienced a diuretic effect with the regular calm but this one didn’t so I was pleased with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On paper, this Nello sleep mix has everything I could want: mazinol, ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, and other beneficial sleep aids (and no melatonin). And in fact, I did notice that I had a better time getting to sleep after taking it for a few nights straight, and I didn’t feel groggy at all in the morning like I used to when taking melatonin. However, I experienced two negatives. The mix didn’t like to blend all the way, leaving a gritty texture at the bottom of every cup, even after mixing it with hot water. And perhaps the biggest drawback… the flavor. I usually love all things peach, but this tasted more like the lip balm I used to use as a kid. It was really hard to stomach, and the monk fruit sweetener aftertaste followed me to bed. I had to plug my nose and chase it with plain water just to get it down. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue using a similar sleep mix in my nightly routine, as I already take a lot of the supplements herein separately, but I just can’t get past the flavor.

It’s also easy to tear the package so you can pour it to water. The taste is delicious. Just like peach tea. It’s easy to drink and works well, doesn’t make me feel gross when I wake up. Wish it came with more.

I was able to sleep very well. All you have to do is open the packets and pour into a glass of water. It dissolves really easily and tastes seamless with the water. Again, this drink is so refreshing and delicious. I highly recommend to help you sleep before bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the peach one and it actually tastes pretty good, not too sweet or fake Ive been drinking it before bed and it doesn’t knock you out right away, but its definitely help me feel more relaxed. Its more like a calm, sleepy feeling instead of being super drowsy. I also like thay i didnt wake up groggy the next morning like i usually do with melatonin. I just felt normal, which i didnt expect.

The peach dream flavor actually tastes and smells like real fruit to me. It helps me to relax and I like that it doesn’t leave me feeling groggy in the morning. My biggest issue is the directions say to add to 8-16 oz of water and drink before bed. Drinking that much water at night caused me to wake up during the night to use the bathroom, which defeats the purpose of taking it. I would probably like it more if it required lass water or came in a more concentrated formula.

I have tried the Nello calm raspberry lemon and it is good, very tolerable. I love peach flavored items and need help with sleep, so I thought it was a no brainer. This peach cream is absolutely awful. Did anyone taste this before it went to market? It did not dissolve like the other flavor and actually made me want to gag. Beyond that, I was up all night with a sour stomach, yuck! I am pretty disappointed that I wasted this much money, I honestly cannot believe someone would drink this voluntarily. Now I am afraid to try the other flavors as well.

The peach dream tastes amazing and its so easy to make. Just grab a mini bottle of water and pour these little packers in, shake and go. More water intake plus being able to get a good night's rest. I drifted off to sleep and slept thru the night and woke up not feeling groggy.

I am so much more relaxed and my restless legs are calm. Usually I have to move them all night because they are hurting and vibrating. I feel calm and my mind isn’t wandering. I’ve been sleeping great. The only thing I’m not a fan of is peach flavoring. Cherry or watermelon would be nice
