To start off the packaging is sleek and compact enough be stored anywhere! This product has no smell, but does however have a small aftertaste. If you love to make stacked waters like me this is the perfect product to try it with, and there’s no aftertaste when I do that. My brain feels quiet and my focus has improved significantly. I have more endurance during my workouts and can lift heavier than I used to. I haven’t had any sideffects thus far but I am on the lookout!

I take 1 scoop with 8 oz of juice because I can’t do just water even though it really doesn’t have a flavor. This supplement makes it easy to get my collagen and creatine in at the same time which Ive been wanting to take both supplements. The instructions are just 1 scoop daily or as directed by a doctor and has a 2 year long shelf life. If you’re using a level scoop then you have around a month’s supply so that doesn’t matter much. My skin looks healthier with less acne while using this. My only complaint is I use more than the 8fl oz of liquid that it says to use and I still have issues with it not dissolving completely. I’ve found that a bottle of water (16.9fl oz) is about the best amount of liquid to use.
