It heats evenly, cooks well, and the quality is excellent. It’s a bit of a learning curve since it’s stainless steel, but once you get used to it works great. Definitely recommend!

As far as heating I feel like no matter what temp you cook at they tend to heat quick and leave a charred residue. My daughter cooked sausage links on a medium heat and the pan looked almost burnt when she finished. After washing I feel like the pan discolored more than it should have after one use. I will continue to use them but with caution and care.

The twilight blue and gold combo is stunning and makes the stove look so aesthetic and polished. Since they’re uncoated, they are total workhorses that can handle high heat and will honestly last a lifetime. There is a small learning curve to keep food from sticking, but they’re totally worth it for how well they cook and how pretty they look!

They look so sophisticated with the gold handle and royal blue coating on the bottom. Bot pans are the perfect size to make a personal meal or dinner for the whole family. My eggs were made with ease and didn’t stick to the pan at all. The pan was easy to clean and can be used every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this pan, just wish it was a bit bigger so I’d have more daily use out of it. It feels heavy and sturdy, and looks great. I know this will last me a while. I made an egg on top of potatoes recipe I saw online using this pan, a low and slow cook with some butter and it worked well overall. There was still some minor sticking that I think would have been worse if I was using higher heat. It might be user error with the high heat but I like the pan. Easy cleaning as well. I’ll continue using for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need a set of stainless steel pans, the GreenPan set is a good affordable option to add to your kitchen. The blue coating and gold handles are so cute and matches my kitchen esthetic. The pack has two sizes, 10" and 12" so you have options when cooking. Surprisingly, the handle didn't get hot while cooking which made it easy to handle and cook without worrying about getting burned. Also, keep in mind that these are stainless steel so food cooks differently than a regular non-stick pan. When cooking some saucy chicken, the sauce looked like it was getting burned into the pan, but turns out it was easy to remove the chicken and burn off the sauce without getting everything stuck. However, you'll need a bit of patience when cleaning the pan. Most of the stains came out, but not everything. If we scrubbed longer maybe the stains would have come off completely but apparently this is normal for stainless steel pans.

Easy to heat up, big enough to make a one pot meal, and doesn’t stick to the food! Also super easy to clean, I hit through it in the dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with these pants. The weight of these pans are not too heavy and they are just right for cooking heavy or light meals. With these pans you do have to be careful not to scratch them by using wooden spoons and other utensils. It cooked all of my food evenly and the wash was excellent. I only needed to spray a little dishwashing detergent with light rubbing and it was clean. These pans are perfect for searing steaks and any other types of meats and it cooks everything evenly. The size of these pans are just right for cooking all of your meals.

This collection was kindly gifted to me. I'm obsessed with them! You can tell they're high quality as soon as you take them out of the box. My mom always tells me it's healthier to use stainless steel when cooking so now I finally have mv own set! I used them to make hamburgers and they came out so good. I highly recommend you don’t use spray oils on these and just use olive oil.

The 12” and 10” are the perfect two sizes to have. They heat well, quickly, and evenly. Not to mention they look great, with the gold handles. I love them!

Made steak and pasta on a weeknight and the sear on that steak was unreal — I honestly felt like a chef. The pans heat up evenly and once you get the hang of it, it’s so easy to use. And cleanup was way easier than I expected, which as a busy mom is a huge deal for me. Oh and the look?! The Cream colorway with the gold handles is absolutely gorgeous — it actually looks good sitting on my stove. Not something I ever thought I’d say about cookware! Highly recommend, especially if you’ve been on the fence about stainless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my god I absolutely LOVE these pans! They distribute the heat so evenly. I had the flame on the lowest setting and it still cooked the mushrooms and onions at a decent pace. Also nothing sticks to it! After cooking with it I was able to rinse off everything with just water, before I added any soap. They’re decently heavy so they won’t easily slide around on your stove, but not too heavy that they’re hard to pick up and carry. As for appearance, the surface is so shiny and pretty to look at. The bottoms are a very nice deep blue and the handles are gold.

I received this set in Sage gifted for review - the color is a bit deeper green than in photos but gorgeous. I already own the Reserve nonstick pots and pans and love that they came out with the stainless steel! A good home cook knows a stainless steel pan is a must for that golden brown sear and these perform beautifully while looking so aesthetic in my kitchen. They have a heavy weight and quality to them and are easy to clean. Another plus is the lids have a silicon edge so they go on gently but tightly.
