DO NOT RISK using this cleanser...it very much harmed my skin.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been allergic to a thing in my life, and I’ve never had a bad reaction to skin care products. I take very good care of my skin, and I have used Neutrogena products in the past, but this cleanser gave me a red, itchy, lizard skin, swollen rash all over my face, neck, shoulders, and my hands. My eyes and lips too. My skin barrier is destroyed. I look like I have aged 5-10 yrs in a few days, my skin is tight, stings when I shower, stings when I apply just hypoallergenic moisturizer, and make up stings and makes it get worse. Like anything on my skin hurts. Oh, then came a bunch of white heads. Which is not something I usually get. It could take weeks for me to repair my skin, and I may never get it fully repaired. Right before the summer heat and sun starts, my skin is at its most vulnerable.

I have used the hydro boost MOISTURIZERs for several years now and many other products in the hydro boost line and i am TOTALLY in love with this cleanser and it smells amazing! Its the first gel cleanser ever that does not strip my skin!

Mid 30s godsend for dry skin
I saw a difference in my skin after one use and within 2 weeks most of my wrinkles are basically gone. My toddler is allergic to anti aging items I’ve purchased so this is my saving grace. I only use vanicream face moisturizer for her allergies and this new facial cleanser made all the difference. For reference I used to use the cetaphil facial cleanser!

Like product....don't like packaging
I have been using this product for several years. Doesn't require a lot. Cleans well. Face feels hydrated. But I do not care for new packaging. I keep turning top to pump and it doesn't pop up. Thankfully I kept old bottle. Just poured content into old bottle.

Amazing face wash, minus the new bottle design
Love this face wash been using it for years. Makes my face feel very clean & it takes of makeup very well. Took a star away bc the new bottle design is awful. Idk who thought it was a good idea to put a thick clunky piece of plastic for the new safety lock mechanism but it's awful. It's very hard to take off, & once it comes off it takes the top part of the pump with it. It hooks back on but doesn't pump the face wash.

Yes to Refill pouch, Hydroboost face wash
I really like this face wash that makes my skin feel nice and easily washes away makeup. However, i cannot find the refill pouches in stores or online. Is it discontinued? I bought the pouches rsther than buying more plastic bottles every time i finished the product. I have one in the shower and one at the face sink. It is so annoying to throw a plastic bottle away and have to replace it with yet another PLASTIC bottle. The refill pouch is very easy to use and far less pastic waste. Bring back the refill pouch!

Do not like new formula
I was given a sample of this by a dermatologist and loved it. I bought what I thought was the same face wash from the drug store only to find out that the new formula has fragrance. I have sensitive skin and do not use products with fragrance. I feel like this was a bit of a bate and switch. I loved the sample the dermatologist off but hate this new formula with fragrance. I find this very drying for my skin.

NOT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
I bought this product thinking it would benefit my skin (face) because I use neutrogena products and have for years, I love them. This however is not for me! I have sensitive skin and this product gave me massive chemical burns. I had a red face for a few days and could not figure out why until it clicked, I started using a new product on my face, this one. Once I stopped and went back to my other products my face cleared of the redness, burn, and my skin was back to normal once I stopped using it. Not saying it won't work for you, but use caution it may cause irritation, redness and burn. I hope they fix this product, I love most neutrogena products, unfortunately, not this one.
