5/5 love the Barbie car seat riding in style and comfort. My 5 year old loves this seat and the two cup holders. She can buckle and unbuckle herself. The head rest is adjustable for height. Weight limit is 100 pounds. The seat belt fits right on there shoulder for comfort. Right now is on sale.

She was estatic to see the Barbie design and the bright colors! Her previous booster seats were either black or gray, so this was a fun change. The overall look definitely made her excited to use it. She loved knowing the car drop off/pick up helpers at school would see her new booster. She loved showing it off! I love how easy it was to assemble and adjust to my daughter. My daughter is very tall, so the head rest is already at its tallest setting. She could probably go backless but we left it on for added safety and cuteness. I used the belt guides to hold the shoulder strap in place with no issues. My daughter was able to buckle by herself every time. I have owned a few Graco car seats before, so I was already confident in the safety of the Barbie x Graco TurboBooster 2.0 Highback. The safety features are top notch in the case of a crash- both due to the design & manufacture of the booster, but also because the belt guides made it easier to buckle. I had complete peace of mind letting my daughter use it. Next to the Barbie design and colors, my daughter’s favorite feature was the two cup holders. She loved keeping her water bottle in one holder and her sunglasses in the other. Stylish and practical! We didn’t need to wash the cover, but knowing how easy it is to remove, machine wash, then put back on is great. I love buying products that have easy to remove, machine-washable covers, so when I do need to wash it, it’s not a problem. It’s a win for the parent!

She was so excited to see the Barbie Branded seat with the large doll photos and bright colors. It’s quite a stark contrast to her previous five-point harness car seat that was boring gray and black. Once it arrived she kept asking when we could switch them out. She wanted to try it out immediately and take Daddy’s car (which is older) instead of Mommu’s car because of the booster. She loves that she has more wiggle room in the back seat and can turn around and see more out the windows. Putting the seat together was quick, but I had to watch a video on YouTube to figure out how to latch the two main pieces together. My main critique is the written instructions with pictures weren’t super clear. So make sure you slide them together at the right angle and don’t try and force or pop them. Since it’s a booster you don’t have to latch it to the car making it so easy to use. The guides for where the seatbelt goes are clear to follow. With a quick adjustment to the headrest your kid will be good to go. The hidden cup holders are nice and are so hidden my child didn’t even see them until I told her. We are looking forward to using this for years to come!

Easy to use the seatbelt with it and felt my child was very secure. My little one loved the cup holders and the 6 different height options made it easy to find the right one. The colors are bright and fun, and the Barbie design makes it really exciting for her to sit in. As a parent, I like that it’s lightweight but still feels sturdy and well made. Installation was a little tricky you can definitely tell it's sturdy I had to ask my husband to snap it in It is not going anywhere.and it fits nicely in our vehicle without taking up too much space.My daughter also says it’s comfortable even on longer rides. Another thing I appreciate is that the material can be removed to be washed, which is a big plus with kids. The seat looks exactly like the pictures and the quality exceeded my expectations for the price. The only thing I will say is where the seat belt goes through it is very hard to pull the seat belt through but, Overall, this is a great booster seat if you have a child who loves Barbie. It’s cute, comfortable, and practical. My daughter was excited the moment she saw it and now actually looks forward to riding in the car!

As a mom of two toddlers, I'm always on the go between school drop-offs, pickups, extracurricular classes, carpools, and playdates. This Barbie-themed high-back booster car seat is making my elder daughter excited for car rides with its vibrant pink, blue, and yellow colors along with the Barbie design. She loves to buckle herself up like a big girl and wants to carpool just to show her car seat to her friends. She says that it has a comfortable seat, armrests to help maintain good posture during long rides (good to have those screws to secure it in), and a cup holder to keep her water bottle within reach. As a parent, I keep her car safety in check, and I like that the headrest is adjustable, giving her a secure fit. The seatbelt goes under the armrests to buckle in and give a safe car ride to my daughter, and it, in turn, gives me peace of mind. The high back is good support and better for her to have that base on her back. I like that it has two layers of padding, especially in the spine area. The belt guides are helpful for a caregiver to guide them for car seat safety. Another feature that I appreciate is that it's lightweight — easier for carpools and moving from one car to another without breaking your back and without compromising on safety. I love that it has two cup holders — to share with siblings or friends. The two things which I didn’t like were the following: Firstly, the back assembly was a little too complicated. I don't know if it was just me, but I couldn’t line it up and assemble it. My husband was able to assemble it, but even that took a few tries — maybe because we put the headrest area first, and that made it longer to handle. Secondly, I wish the Barbie design was also on the booster seat and not just on the high back because if we want to use it as a backless booster without the high back, then there isn’t any Barbie design on the seat itself. It’s just a pink, blue, and yellow-colored car seat with a Barbie logo. Thanks to Graco and Barbie for making our car rides less stressful, more fun, and vibrant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Barbie x Graco TurboBooster 2.0 Highback has some nice features, including being lightweight, having retractable cup holders on both sides and the easily removable, machine washable seat covers. The car seat height is easy to adjust after you overcome the somewhat counter intuitive motion of needing to push down the release before pulling up to extend the height. The main negative we encountered was the difficulty to buckle the seat belt due to the belt needing to go under the armrest and therefore creating less slack in the maneuverability of the belt. If I allowed my child to try to buckle themselves when they eventually did connect with the buckle there was adjustment needed to the seat belt to ensure it was properly tight across their lap and across their chest. The belt guides were effective in the positioning across the chest and away from the neck, but belt tension required attention. My child was able to independently unbuckle upon parking and they enjoyed getting to do this independently. She also reported the seat was comfortable and loved the fun Barbie design. When my child was not riding in the car, I did feel the need to rebuckle the car seat to prevent it from moving around while driving or becoming a hazard in the event there would be a sudden stop. Overall, it's a decent booster seat that checks many boxes, but will likely necessitate supervision to ensure proper safety and effectiveness. My daughter is 5 years old, 48 inches tall, and 68 pounds. She is actually the same height as my 7 year old and about 10 pounds heavier. Her older sister has been using a different brand high back booster, and we knew it was time for our 5 year old to move up as well. She was absolutely thrilled when I told her it was coming. From the moment I showed her, she asked every single day if her booster had arrived yet. Now that it is here, she begs to ride in my husband’s truck just so she can use it. The Barbie design is completely her style. She is my girly girl who loves dresses and all things pink. Most of our other seats are plain black and gray, so this one is definitely more fun and exciting for her. My husband is not quite as enthusiastic about the vibrant pink, but he is tolerating it for her happiness. One of the biggest advantages for us is the slim design. We are able to fit three seats across in my husband’s crew cab truck, which is a huge win for our family. The removable cup holders that slide in and out are another great bonus. Adjusting the height was very easy, and the seatbelt guide moves smoothly. In another booster we own, the guide tends to get stuck, so this was a noticeable improvement. It positions the shoulder belt correctly and comfortably, which gives me peace of mind. Keeping my kids in a car seat as long as possible has always been a goal of mine, even when they say their friends do not have to anymore. The seat itself is comfortable and she doesn't have any complaints when sitting in it. It was very easy to install and easy to use. I was able to easily set it up to work with her height and ensure she gets a secure fit. I feel extremely comfortable with her safety in it. The seat seems secure and well made, and fits nicely on the actual car's seat. The cup holders are a great size and nice for her to be able to easily reach her drink. The fact that the cover is machine washable is a huge bonus. When she saw this booster seat, she realized she needed everything pink AND Barbie too. She fell in love immediately as soon as it came out of the box. It was very easy to follow the instructions and complete setup took less than 10 minutes. The fabric is soft and bright! The images are really eye catching and her face lit up seeing her booster seat. I love the cup holders and the ability to pull them out or push them back in. Very convenient. So far, everything has been easy to clean and maintain as needed. 6 year olds definitely can make a mess so I'm happy that it holds up well. Installing into my car was simple as well. I love the seat belt clips by the head rest and how the head rest moves up and down to cater to my child's height. Then, when she gets taller, I can take off the high back and she can just sit in the bottom booster. This Barbie booster seat does everything I could possibly want or need in a booster seat. My child is comfortable and gets excited everytime we go for a ride. While she's sitting comfortably in her seat in the back, I can sit comfortably in the front knowing she's safe and secure. I'm obsessed with the fact she is now more excited about car rides and running errands. I love that this booster had belt guides to help make sure the steps are hiring her at the correct points and not too close to her neck. It gives me confidence as we move from a 5 point harness to the standard seat belt. The cup holders on this booster are some of the best. So many boosters have no cup holders at all, or if they do, they are shallow and worthless for actually holding a drink stable in a moving car. These are nice of those things. They easily tuck away when not in use, but when you do need them, they are deep and solid. They are the first booster seat cup holder that doesn't leave me nervous to actually use. Definitely recommend this addition to any Barbie loving household!
