I have taken a multivitamin in the past and unfortunately never really noticed a difference. After taking these, I feel like I have more energy, better skin, and just an overall feeling of well-being. I have been taking 2 with a full glass of water every day for over 2 weeks and I'm actually feeling great! I feel more productive and less sluggish throughout the day. The packaging is nice as it comes in a glass bottle with a security top. I love that they test for 150 pesticides and is basically all natural. My only complaint is that they have a taste when you take them, but it doesn't linger, which is great. Another thing is that they're vegetarian and made without 9 food allergens, as well as non-gmo tested. Usually too much biotin makes me breakout, but this hasn't affected me negatively at all. The most recent multi that I have taken from the MegaFood brand was the Women's 40+ version, and overall I think this is a superior product to the 40+ vitamin, when nutrient content is considered. This product is a capsule, and while I prefer a coated tablet, I didn't have issues swallowing these capsules with liquid. It is recommended to take these with food, so I followed that guideline and didn't have any digestive problems either. The bottle includes 60 pills for 30 servings, so you take 2 a day, for those wondering. There is a slight grassy odor to the capsules when you swallow them, but it wasn't significant for me. As far as nutrient content is concerned, I would say these values are similar to that of a prenatal vitamin. Many of the levels are fairly high, and the B12 even has a 10,000% DV, which works for me and my diet. There is also an antioxidant fruit blend included in the formula. I have taken these for several weeks, and while I don't notice any changes in how I feel, I expect that if I had blood work for nutrient levels, they may reflect the increase in some of these from the vitamins. I think most of us multivitamin users take them as a supplement to our diets though, and are not looking for them to be miracle pills. A few other items to note: this is a vegetarian supplement, and the bottle portion is recyclable glass. On the bottle it states that there are "no food allergens" but it is not specifically marked "gluten-free". It is also marked "non-GMO tested", but not "non-GMO verified". Overall, I would buy this product in the future and would recommend checking it out for those looking for a high nutrient multivitamin option.

As someone with Celiac Disease, it makes it easier for me to determine whether a product is safe for me to consume and it gives me added trust when purchasing the product. Given my Celiac Disease, I am often iron deficient and need to take an extra iron supplement. However, this multivitamin provides me 100% of the daily value of iron. Since starting this vitamin, I’ve noticed that I feel more energized and have been able to cut back on taking a separate iron supplement, which is simplified my busy daily routine. I appreciate that the vitamins come in a glass jar rather than plastic packaging. The vitamins also have an earthy smell, which gives me confidence that there are minimal synthetic ingredients, fillers, or added colors. However, that earthy smell, may not appeal to all customers. The tablets are quite large, so it’s important to take them with plenty of water. Otherwise, they might feel like they get stuck in your throat after you take them. Overall, this is a very good vitamin that has clear allergen information, gives you the daily value of important nutrients and can make your life easier by reducing the need for extra supplements.

I love the real food ingredients—that’s a priority for me. When trialing various multivitamins with similar ingredients I notice that the pills are big and hard to swallow and/or have an in pleasant taste. These are small, easy to swallow, and don’t have much of any taste or aftertaste. I have always taken vitamins, so when I switch I tend to try to ensure I’m feeling at least similarly. With this switch I noticed an improvement in my acne, which was a huge plus, and no other health measures decreasing. I will absolutely continue taking this multivitamin and would recommend it to friends!

I love these women vitamins! I can feel the difference from when I take the vitamins and when I don't in my body. I have a lot of energy not gitters but genuine energy. My thoughts are clears and it helps with my memory as well. That is needed especially with working in an office.
