came cracked
Mirror came all cracked because it was packed in just a cardboard box with very thin styrofoam sheet. Had to pay UPS for return pickup, the box was too big to fit in my car.

damaged twice!
received 2 of these after returning the first one and both had black scuff marks and damage on them. very disappointed

Our products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition before packing and shipping. Due to the special nature of glass products and the rough handling during transit, along with the resulting friction and squeezing, the issues you mentioned can unfortunately occur. You can try rubbing the surface of the mirror with toothpaste to see if it helps.
