I actually feel a difference in energy

I actually feel a difference in energy when I take just one of these a day (although the dosage says to take several a day). I don't have to wait a few days to feel the difference. I feel more energetic the next morning, and I've noticed this difference every time I remember to take these. (I've used them for more than 5 years.)

Powerful Multi-

This multi- is a next-best answer to the original Source of Life multi-vitamin that i have taken for years. They changed the recipe, making it harder to swallow, and these capsules go down with ease. The difficulty here is that you must take 9 of these, where with the old recipe, you took 3. All i can say is i wish they would put things back the way they were. Nine pills takes up a lot more space in my pill sorter. Just sayin'!!

Makes me feel good

Taking 9 capsules is a very small price to pay for how I have been feeling. I have used Source of Life for years, and am pleased to see that Swanson carries it! Thank you.

You have to take NINE a day!

I wish I had read more before ordering. I just want a real good multivitamin at a good price. Hard to find.
