Great GF Pasta Shell

Love these little gf pasta shells by Pasta Joy. We've not seen the pasta shells being offered in many gluten free brands, and these are really good.

One of the best gluten-free pastas available!

Since going gluten free, we have discovered that this is one of the best-tasting gluten-free pasta brands out there. We keep many bags (and forms) of Tinkyada pasta on hand because we go through so much of it. A couple tips I have learned: 1) 15 minutes is the magic number of time it takes to boil this pasta to perfection. And 2) This pasta (and any GF pasta, really), does not freeze well. Once cooked, frozen and re-heated, the texture becomes very mushy and spoils the entire dish. I quickly learned to freeze dishes without the pasta and add the pasta after thawing and reheating our frozen dishes.

Good Product

After going gluten free I purchased this product because I was missing pasta. It's a good product, but becareful not to over cook, gets kinda mushy.
