    Trip Hazzard

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug doesn’t lie flat, just ordered tape to try and stop the trip hazard. I tried everything it still curls on the seam. Rug itself is a nice design but.....

    The rug color is gray and it won’t lay flat

    The pictures online have more of an earthy brown tone but the actual rug is gray with cooler undertones and it looks like for an office. It’s also very stiff and won’t lay flat. The size I ordered is 9x12. There’re a lot of folding marks and bumps that won’t go away and it gives a very cheap feel when you look at it or step on it. I would have to return it.

    No way to unroll- too stiff

    Almost feels like a chemical was applied too much not allowing the rug to lay flat. It’s takes multiple people just to try and unroll a 2x3 size rug as none of the corners will lay flat. Even tried weighting it over night. No resolution and had to return.

    Doesn't lay flat

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not as soft or plush as it looks in the photos. It has uneven consistency and it won't lay flat no matter what I try. Quite disappointed.
