Not too sweet and able to use the whole thing rather than just part of it and having to be spit out because the sweetness is making you nauseous. They work the best out of all the flavors for me.

You can keep longer in your mouth and you can still taste the medicine but not as much. They work really well with suppressing coughs and do what they're supposed to do. But then tasting better than just like medicine is a plus.

My throat was scratchy and sore from the coughing and sinus drainage. It definitely calmed down the ache and burn from being aggravated from the symptoms and this helped a lot. Highly recommend this product
