A taste of Europe

Made delicious sourdough bread from this sourdough starter. I have my own sourdough starter but this one reminded me the taste of my European roots, a bit more hearty and dense than standard American/San Francisco sourdough starter. I received it in a mailer with instructions, the instructions call for a 1:1:1 feeding and worked well. I noticed bubbles after the first feeding but was ready to bake after the 3rd.
