Great healthy naturally GF flour

Developed a recipe for buckwheat pancakes for my website using this flour and they are delicious! Much better than standard pancakes, and better for you. Will be trying it in banana bread next.

Please find a solution for providing celiac-safe gluten free buckwheat flour

Adding my voice to the call for a celiac-safe gluten free buckwheat flour from Bob's Red Mill. Reading other staff responses to these questions, I can't tell if it's a shared processing equipment issue or a sourcing issue (given buckwheat may be planted in rotation with gluten containing grains). But there are other companies selling buckwheat flour marked gluten free -- though harder to find than Bob's Red Mill. Appreciate the transparency, but would really love a solution!

Not safe for Celiacs

Bummer that this isn't processed in a GF facility so not safe for Celiacs. Wish there would have been mention on this on the packaging -- I realized it only after I made cookies, which I can't eat. :( Bobs, you're letting me down!

Need to update packaging

Would be nice if they included the gluten warning on the bag too and not just the website. Coeliacs are told it’s safe to eat foods if there is no mention of a May contain on the packaging. Shouldn’t have to get sick and try to track down info from a website. Thanks a lot for that

Buckwheat yeast pancakes

Bob's Red Mill buckwheat flour is the best you can buy. Yesterday I made these yeast buckwheat pancakes my Father made 65 years ago for us kids. They are made the night before so the yeast does it thing to make the buckwheat pancakes the best tasting ones around. The aroma of the yeast based pancakes filled the air with wonderful memories of my Dad.

Good in my waffles

Great in my gluten free vegan waffles! It's fresh and nutty tasting. I feel nourished. It feels luxurious to buy a whole case of four bags online and have it delivered in a Bob's Red Mill box.

Great quality

Consistent quality (which I’ve had with all BRM products) and so good & nutty! Love using this for savory crêpes (galettes) and pancakes especially, but there are tons of great recipes out there that use buckwheat flour!

Buckwheat flour - organic

Love this flour. Great pancakes. I leave out the molasses. Eat it for breakfast with Trader Joe's yogurt or on it's own. Love the dark color. Sometimes I make them thick, and break off pieces for quick snacks.
