Definitely my new favorite multi Easy to swallow as well Also ive Definitely felt better since switching fromcentrum which was just garbage compared to these.. Highly recommended

Good multivitamins

I like that these have all of the essential vitamins and minerals, but not in megadoses. I also like that they are made and QAed in the US.

I like this multivitamin

I am liking taking a multivitamin again. These do not upset my stomach, and I feel noticeably more energetic and healthy after 1 month. I have ordered and received a larger size to continue taking this quality multi.
