Cushion your heel strike and help prevent feet from slipping and sliding in your shoes with the Fab Feet ¾ Gel Insoles. These shoe cushions provide ultimate support and cushioning with a virtually invisible clear design. These are reusable from shoe to shoe - just wash with soap and water to restore adhesiveness. Directions: remove adhesive backing, position in clean and dry area of your shoe, and press firmly in place.

how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

Remember, this chart can only approximate your true shoe size. Finding a shoe that fits also depends on brand, style and individual. To find the best fit, we recommend visiting a Target store to try on different shoe sizes & styles.

If your son wears an adult men's size 4, it could be close to fitting that size. You can always put it in one of your flats needing some extra comfort if it doesn't work for him :)

    Only work them once so far for a few hours with my heels. But these did help my feet and legs some by having the extra support and grip. I would use again the next time a wear heels and hope they last awhile.

    Not What Described

    Ordered these to help cushion some shoes and the second I opened the box I had doubts. They didnt look like what was pictured on the website. They were a different shape and looked firley small, however the package said for sizes 6-11 so I figured I would still give them a try. If your foot is larger than a size 6 or 7 I would not buy these. I'm a size 9 and the second I placed these in my shoes I was disapointed. They are so small and hardley cover anything. I was expecting them to cover a decent portion of my shoe any they just don't. They need to make these in multiple sizes to fit multiple shoe sizes and not a 'One Size Fits All' deal. Very disapointed but cant return since I opened.

    Money wasted...

    idk They could've been ok. Maybe. I purchased these to go with two other Fab Feet womens shoe inserts; the heel cushions and the foam inserts for the ball of your feet. This was in an effort to make a couple of pairs of pumps more comfortable. The other two products were not helpful rendering this product also less then effective. I regret purchasing all of them. I basically threw away thirty-six dollars. Hard earned money wasted. I can't recommend because I can't say they work. Not for me anyway. You might want to skip these too.

    Comfy

    These are perfect for dress shoes. They are thin but provide just the right amount of cushion for those long work days. They are easy to switch from pair to pair. Each are marked left or right just in case you can't tell.

    Almost

    I have been using the Fab Feet foot petals in my shoes that are flat. They add a little extra comfort, but not quite enough. They are a little too thin. However, they do make my shoes more comfortable to wear than not having them at all.

    Worth it

    If you're thinking about giving the Fab Feet Women's by Foot Petals 3/4 Gel Insoles a try, I think they could work well if you're after that extra cushioning but want to keep things low-key. They're perfect for shoes like sandals or open-toed heels where full insoles just wouldn't fit. The gel helps cushion your feet and prevents that annoying forward sliding that can happen in dress shoes. That said, a few people mentioned that they might not stick as well after a while, so they might shift around if you wear them a lot. But overall, for a bit of extra comfort without changing the look of your shoes, they could definitely be worth it

    Decent, soft padding

    These inserts are super easy to use and add a nice pad to the inside of your shoes. I really appreciate the easy stick adhesive and the shape fits my shoes well. That said, it’s pretty thin so this is great for adding some comfort but aren’t going to significantly alter the shoe sole. They are also pretty narrow and don’t go to the edges inside of the shoe. Overall a decent product but not meant for heavy wear!

    Extra cushion!

    Great product. If you need a little extra cushion in your shoes these are nice. Sticky bottom so they are easy to place inside your boot or shoe and not slip around. Gel-like top feels like extra cushion. Very usable and I think I can more between shoes as needed also.

    These work well!

    These work well. The adhesive holds the inserts in place but still allows for removing to transfer to a different shoe. They work in all shoe types but I especially like these for my high heels so keep my foot from sliding forward and to add just a small amount of cushion. I am able to comfortably wear my heels a little longer with these. I really like that they are clear- you can't see them peeking out at all.

    partial insoles

    These are not a full insole. I put them in my shoes and even pulled the back off so it could stick to the inside of my shoes. I absolutely hate them. They made my toes slide all the way to the front of my tennis shoes.

    For comfy feet

    Who doesn't suffer from tired feet at one time or another? These gel insoles will do the trick to help soothe that quick! These insoles cushion my feet from top to bottom. Easily change them about from one pair of shoes to another. So easy to place in your shoes just with a firm press! Easy to clean by washing with soap and water which restores the adhesive!

    Great and convenient

    These are actually great and convenient. The backs are sicky and just stick to insole of shoe. They provide more cushion to the foot including heal. They can be removed easily or adjusted. There is an L for left and R fir right to make things easy.

    Love!

    These 3/4 gel inserts are very comfortable. Helps feet from sliding forward and come in an invisible color so that you can wear them with open toe sandals. Adhesive backing helps stay in place. They are also marked L and R for ease of use.

    Pay attention to size

    Pay close attention that these are 3/4. My toes went over the front making it an uncomfortable fit. In addition they do not stop your feet from sliding if you wear pantyhose. Much more effective when barefoot.

    Comfortable

    These pads are tacky on the bottom to keep them from sliding under-foot while you are walking or running. They can be removed and used in another pair of shoes, very easily. They last a very long time. I've had my first set for over 10 years.

    Definitely Recommend!

    Love these! The inside of my shoe was getting a little worn but everything else was fine. i bought these to place in my shoe and they are absolutely comfortable and fit perfectly! I went on here to buy another pair after 2+ months to put on a pair of Sandals to make them more comfortable. Definitely Recommend!
