I had a few family member try as well who typically prefer thin noodles and they loved them as well. Very easy to make and soak up sauce and flavor perfectly. They were also great the next day heated up still firm with a good chew.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the directions but maybe my pot wasn't to deep enough. The noodles got stuck to the pot at the bottom. The rest of the noodles cooked longer than the 4-6 minutes as it states on the box. Once I rinsed them they looked better as far as they didn't look soggy. I used the Thai Kitchen pad tai sauce with the noodles. At the end they were not bad but probably wouldn't buy the noodles again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free sample of these gluten free stir fry noodles. I love that they are gluten free was I am watching my intake since been having some digestive issues. They were easy to make, took about 6 minutes. I added them in with some fresh lemon grass from my garden and some chicken and peppers and some sauce. I tasted them and my partner as well and they do a good job absorbing all of the flavors from the meal. They had that kinda meaty feel that these kind of noodles should have and yet were still flexible. Totally would buy them again. I can't wait to think up some other dishes to use them with.

They cook quickly and the taste and texture is always perfect. I made GF Ramen and stir-fry with them last week and they were both yummy. And they're TRULY gluten-free, wheat-free, egg-free and vegan so I'll be repurchasing them tomorrow and trying the other Thai Kitchen GF products too. So happy!
