This is a nice, fruity olive oil. Well balanced flavor. One of the reviews says this is a fake olive oil because it is "blended." Well, this is definitely not fake! It is 100% pure olive oil. It is called a blended oil because olive oil from different parts of the world are blended together to create this delicious oil. Give it a try!

Dark glass jar✔️extra virgin✔️cold pressed or expeller pressed✔️put a wee bit in your mouth, at first tastes oily and bland, a little like olives, then fury sensation✔️ That means the ingredients that clean out your veins and brain of plaque are still good. This oil has it! Use at room temp, do not heat or the fresh ingredients are now just fat. But for the taste or if it's all you have, go ahead and use it whatever way. Put in a small separate jar with dry seasonings for two weeks and it takes on the flavor of the seasonings, including chili flakes. Excellent hot oil.

Best EVOO for everyday cooking - use it in everything
This EVOO has gotten me through the pandemic! The large size is great because I use a lot of this on a weekly basis. It has a super fresh, grassy, but subtle flavor and is perfect for roasting veggies, marinating chicken and other meats, putting on steaks before grilling, using as a base for sauces and dressings, and on its own as a dip for bread.
