I have a little boy with ASD and is the PICKIEST eater. He doesn’t like gummy textures so these were my last option to try to get some vitamins in him. He loves these! I also have a 2.5 year old that loves them. Perfect for every child.

Only vitamins that dont hurt my stomach
As an adult with IBS (gotta love it) these are the only vitamins that don’t hurt my stomach. While the taste itself isn’t THAT bad, it’s the aftertaste that gets ya. That’s easily solved by taking these before you eat food though. Highly recommend!

3 year old is extremely picky and loves these! Makes me feel better that’s shes getting some nutrients! A tad sour but who doesn’t love that haha Not too powdery or anything. The texture is good and dissolves easily.

Brings Back Childhood Memories
If you grew up taking Flinstones vitamins, these will instantly take you back! The fruity flavors still have that fun, nostalgic taste from childhood, and I love that the bottle comes with 90 chewables since it’s a great value and lasts a while. The only downside is the lingering iron aftertaste 😬 which is strong and hard to ignore after chewing. Still, for anyone needing extra iron and a little bit of nostalgia, they get the job done.

My Dr recommended these after my gastric surgery. They provide me with all of the vitamins I need plus iron and are so much cheaper then bariatric vitamins. My bloodwork has been good.

Bitter disgusting iron taste
I got these since my doctor said my iron was low. I used to love these when I was a kid, but now... the aftertaste is gross. It tastes just like the iron pills I was prescribed. The iron just overpowers the fruity flavor, ugh.

I remember these when I was a kid . We loved the packaging because of it being the flint stones. The taste was okay ! Very powdery would be better in a gummy honestly . I would still buy them though because they work great for the kids !

Exp date stamped on the bottle is 2026/10 from Lot 89320348. 160 chewable tablets. I have several tablets left, but they appear mildewy, mottled & discolored. Which looks pretty gross. I can't give these to my grandchildren and feel confident. Disappointed.
