These oysters are just the right size, the texture is great, and the smokiness is fantastic. I put them on a saltine and dab a little hot sauce. The smokiness also has a lingering aftertaste which is pleasant. These are a staple in my pantry. Don’t change a thing.

I originally tried the tinned smoked mussels from Trader Joe’s and loved them but they doubled in price recently. I have tried other brands and these beat them all! I eat them on pita crackers with a little hot sauce. So delicious!

I love the taste, but I admit it’s not for everyone. Try it with mustard, hot sauce, & lime juice on a Ritz Cracker. Super delicious!!

my favorite way to have these is to mix together with a medium size container of sour cream, a package of onion soup mix, and a small can of drained rotel tomatoes....Have I gone to far....maybe

These oysters are delicious! I bought a few cans at the grocery store to try these as I generally like canned seafood but hadn't tried canned oysters before. I wasn't sure what to do with them, but I found your recipe for Oysters Etouffée on this website and decided to make that. It turned out so good!!! The oysters are meaty but soft and tender and have a wonderful texture. I will definitely be buying more cans. I'm so glad I decided to try them! Love the great products and recipes! Thank you!

This product contains cottonseed oil, a product produced for machinery lubricant in the 1900s, and then a giant corporation slapped a label on it and sold it as human food to make profit, and today we have the oil lobby which oppresses the factual science behind the dangers of seed oils to human beings. In summary: you can tell a brand by the kind of oils it puts in its food, and this is not an ethical brank you should trust.

She said the flavor was great and the can is small but filling. She said they were good on their own but would be good with some bread or crackers too. She would definitely eat them again.

Every oyster is the perfect size and therefore, each oyster has just the right amount of chewiness. The next thing I love about these oysters is the amount of salt in them. There is just enough salt to add an extra hint of flavor to the oysters but not to the point that it is overpowering. Another notable feature about these oysters is how complex the flavor profile is. The fact that these oysters are smoked really adds some excellent flavor. The oysters don’t taste as “fishy” because of this. I was also quite pleased with the number of oysters included in the package. There’s just enough for the perfect snack. Finally, I’ve appreciated how many foods these oysters are able to be eaten with. I’ve tried these oysters on chips, crackers, and even used some in a pasta dish. Overall, I’ve been quite pleased with these smoked oysters and would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

First of all they LOOK disgusting like rotten burnt sausage buns and second of all I nearly threw up! I never waste food but oh my gosh I could not stomach this .. I’m looking at these reviews and I’m shocked … is something wrong with my tastebuds or what???

My son ate them straight out of the can with a fork, he complimented them the entire time, said they didn't taste too fishy and that the flavor was just perfect. I squeeze a little lemon on mine then eat them on crackers. The smoke flavor of these is okay, but I'd prefer them to be in olive oil.
