    Fragrance too strong and bitter

    The fragrance on this is overwhelming, and I am not someone who is usually sensitive to fragrances at all. It burns my eyes, my nose, gave me a headache, even made my ears ache a little. I got told off at work for wearing perfume and I had to tell them it was this stupid shampoo. I do not recommend this at all if you are sensitive to fragrance or work in a scent-prohibitive environment such as healthcare.

    Really surprised by the quality

    I am really impressed with the way Dove has revamped their items that they offer, from skin care to hair care products. I bought this because of me trying the Abbey Yung method. Thank you girl!! I really love everything about the shampoo and the conditioner. Both have a really nice clean light scent and I feel it does a good job cleansing my scalp and conditioning my midlengths. It’s great that now we have better over the counter products that you can actually afford on a budget and not feel like you are breaking an arm and a leg for salon quality products. I’ve used a handful of salon quality products. I really like the way my hair feels with this product.

    Colored hair BEWARE!

    I used to have great results with Dove but whatever changes they have made lately is thoroughly destroying my hair. Unfortunately, within 2 uses my (black) color was stripped, my hair became VERY brittle, insanely frizzy when I've NEVER had that problem before, & then to top it off my hair is falling out in handfuls! I'll NEVER use a Dove product again. It has completely destroyed my Beautiful hair!

    Overpowering scent

    I washed my hair one time and my entire bathroom was filled with this set’s artificial, chemical scent. I have since washed it four times with my old shampoo/conditioner and I still can’t get this smell out of my hair. It’s bothered everyone in my household.

    Itchy hair beware

    It doesn’t work I used the entire bottle to give it a try but it made my hair frizzy . Also tried the coconut hydration one and that one was even worse ,it made my hair itchy for days and it doesn’t smell like coconut at all the scent is unusual not a good scent so it ended up in the trash I wouldn’t recommend it
