A: If you are going to add pumpkin puree, we recommend adding no more than 1/2 cup and omitting the water. To prepare: -Whisk eggs, then add in oil and pumpkin puree. Mix well. -Add dry mix and mix well -Mix may take longer to bake, check for doneness by center coming out mostly clean on toothpick and bounces back when pressed -Mix will be moist, but will set up more as it cools

DELICIOUS! I don't know what others that don't like this mix are doing wrong - it's fantistic. I've tried so many grain free recipes from scratch and they don't even come close to this. We just used whole milk instead of water and threw in about 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. So yummy and a life saver for my daughter that has to be grain free. Thank you Simple Mills!!!

Not too bad bit do this to make it way better!!
I like this because I like to have something pumpkin for breakfast during the week without adding a bunch of processed white flour , sugar and calories. You can make this way better by adding a couple tablespoons of pumpkin purée, a couple of Greek yogurt a little extra coconut sugar (or maple syrup) and extra pumpkin spice seasoning. Makes a HUGE difference!! I also add organic dark chocolate chips. You can also add the same things to your butter and cream cheese and whip them with a mixer to make a healthier version than the crap in the stores and it tastes way better!! Enjoy!!

So I wasted a lot of eggs (bought two of these and one chocolate that I made all at once) …. There went 9 eggs and oil

Yummy but not enough mix
I make this for my fam (not GF) and no one notices the difference because its delish. I add chocolate chips to this when I make it. Ive also made this for GF neighbors and coworkers and they enjoy it as well. Downside is there isnt alot of mix in the box so this is super pricey for the amount. I usually get 6-7 muffins out of it or a really small loaf. My toddler enjoys this though and it’s quick. Easy, and yummy so ill continue to repurchase when it’s on sale

Stuck to the pan a bit but delicious! Someone on Tik Tok recommended using Applesauce instead of oil. Tried it and it made the cupcakes really moist! I’d make these again! I added chocolate chips. Had to cook a bit longer, 22 minutes but I’m looking forward to eating these throughout the week. Will definitely use liners next time
