These are beautiful hardwood stools. I love how they were packaged as well… there was packaging in between each piece as to not cause any scratches, it was meticulously well done. I was hesitant at first purchasing one stool at this cost, but this stool feels like it was made to last. Extremely simple to put together as well and came with everything needed.

This is the Goldilocks barstool. The first one we order was nice to look at, but it was horribly uncomfortable. The next one was this style but too red. This one is comfortable (but no so comfortable that guests overstay) and a nice medium walnut color that goes perfectly with the walnut butcher block island countertop.

Natural looks nothing like the picture or other Threshold items I have bought. Flipping the chair over and looking at the seat of the stool you can see the gold/yellow looking paint they covered the chair in and all the other brown marks are artificially added in. Does not look like stained wood. I own other threshold that have this similar look and this one was a big miss. I was extremely disappointed

Great Stools
These stools are comfortable, they’re smooth, and I purchased 4 in which all holes lined up well. They feel sturdy and they don’t wobble at all. My kids are thrilled to be able to sit at the island to eat now! We never have enough seats when guests come for dinner, and now we have enough space at the counter for a hoppin’ dinner party! Perhaps my least favorite thing is the color pairing choice I made between cabinet color & stool color, but oh well!

Assembly Impossible | Can't use
Needed to use it immediately and can't because I can't put it together. Lots of screws, washers, and the alan wrench but the tools aren't enough to make the screws - at the angle required - actually connect to the alternating part where youre supposed to screw it in. Just so annoying how careless the make of it is and the cheap so called "tools" included.

The holes on the bottom of the seat on one side are about 1/2 inch off. Only three out of the four screws are lined up correctly. I will keep it as long as I'm careful using it.

Beautiful color, just what I wanted, love the stool, when it was finally put together! Should have been a 15-20 minute job that turned into and hour because the holes in the bottom weren't drilled correctly and the screws wouldn't go in. So take note. I'm glad I have a handyman for a husband but, we shouldn't have to do this when buying something. I thought it was going to already be put together when I picked it up!
