Solid Bottle Choice
We’ve used Dr. Browns bottles since baby was basically new born and have had success with these. Yes more meticulous cleaning but worth it.

Wasteful, terrible
Our baby likes the nipple, however over an ounce of milk gets wasted every time we use it. Whenever it’s time to take a break or stop, you tilt the bottle up and it’s just starts spilling everywhere. Tried many times on getting advice saying it can’t be too tight, can’t be too loose - tried it all. Goes for all the bottles. Never works. Absolutely terrible and frustrating when your baby is crying and now your clothes are soaked in breast milk. Would love to post a video of it actively leaking, but the review system only allows you to post it if you load it to YoutTube first. Instead here’s a photo after using and mess it makes and all the breast milk lost.

Since I used Dr. Brown bottles, I never missed a day having super wet blanket and bed. It's leaking is the worst that it can drain the whole bottle for only couple of minutes! Not too tight, assemble it right, It still LEAKS! choose other bottles!!

Leaks after 1 month
This is my fifth bottle. Each one fails after about a month of use and starts leaking precious breast milk. Please see picture. I am looking for another manufacturer that has anti colic because it is money that I have to keep throwing away when Dr browns bottles start leaking, it’s also about the frustration of wasted milk and having a to use a full burp cloth soaked each time I feed with bottle.

How to reaolve leaking!
I’ve been using these solely and they used to leak a lot until I came across a video of a lady explaining that you don’t shake the milk with the green filter in because it gets into it and seeps out, and don’t warm the milk in the warmer with the filter in. So I add the formula, put the nipple only on and shake it, then reopen it, put the green filter in and have no leaking issues. Same with warming it, I put the bottle in without the nipple or filter then put it all together when it’s time to feed. I swirl the bottle if I need to mix it a little but don’t shake it with the filter in.

Their products are normally great but this one is a fail. All of the bottles of the Dr. Brown's - Options+ Wide-Neck Newborn Baby Bottle all leak no matter what and are a constant mess!

Leaking
I've been using Dr. Brown's for nine years. My older kids used it too. I previously had the narrow glass bottle but decided to buy a plastic one after the glass one broke. Unfortunately, the plastic bottle is leaking when shaken and produces numerous bubbles. Normally, this doesn't happen, but now it's affecting the flow to the mouth. I'm unsure if this bottle is counterfeit or damaged. I don't want to be disappointed by Dr. Brown's quality.

Did not work for my baby!
Worst they seem to give gas worse then my current bottle I had a super difficult afternoon right after trying this and it seems the flow was too fast! Definitely returning this immediately! I don’t get it???

I used these bottles for my daughter almost exclusively (4 years ago). I don’t know what they changed but these are the absolute worst now. They constantly leak and are just terrible.
