The new cheap, terrible, coconut scent has ruined this product. It lingers in your hair, in your shower, and your towels. It's nauseating and so heavy perfumed. Please, Tresemme, listen to your customers, change the scent back!

Tresemme hit jackpot with this one. I was so amazed and surprised at the same time when I used this shampoo and conditioner. The 1st clear, volume shampoo that does not dry out my hair even if its colored and highlighted.... WAW!!! Better than the high end brands I tell you! And the conditioner is sooooo good as well! LOOOOOOOVE IT!!!

New formula is awful
I’ve used this shampoo for over 10 years and recently they changed the “look” of the shampoo but unfortunately also definitely the formula. I HATE the heavy scent it leaves and now makes my hair and body feel greasy. I’m so disappointed. I miss my favorite shampoo. Please change it back, Tresemme!

I was a long time user..
I have used Tresemme since I was 16 - I am 38 now. I don't know what was changed with this rebrand or whatever you want to call it, but it's not making my hair clean. It's weighed down and gets greasy faster than the old formula. Why change something that isn't broken?

Deep cleanse while providing moisture and removing buildup? can’t go wrong and it doesn’t strip your hair out list most volume shampoos. It has a floral scent and gives hair light moisture but a ton of movement and shine and it doesn’t dry out your hair!

My hair has been thinning (and falling out) as I get older (I’m 41). I needed something that made me feel like it isn’t thin and string-y after I blow dry it. After a few washes, my hair already looks and feels fuller and thicker. It’s not drastic or over the top full, but it’s exactly what I needed to feel better about my hair. Smells like coconut. I haven’t tried the Pantene Pro V Volume set, but I’m really happy with this product!

This gave me a severe allergic reaction with a severe rash and swollen eyes. I had to see a dermatologist. It also damaged my hair badly. This is a harsh, horrible shampoo and conditioner that I do not recommend.

Excellent return to fluffy hair!
This was absolutely amazing as a combo to try as I had a month of significant stress induced hair loss and my usual, very expensive shampoo I invest in to protect color perhaps has too much conditioner for what I need currently so wanting to try something new I tried this and I am beyond happy that I did! Everything else I did the same (not using too much shampoo and rubbed into roots gently and only used a little conditioner from back of crown of head down avoiding the roots...let air dry a bit then the usual mousse with blow dry and thrilled to have surprisingly soft and fluffy hair all day and night and while it doesn't claim to be safe on color I think actually it was. Fragrance is not "loud" so I think men and women would find it soft and pleasant.

I could not get the pumps to work on the volumizing shampoo and conditioners. I purchased to add volume during the cold, dry weather. I didn’t like the smell either: much different from the regular formula. I can comment later on whether or not I got the desired effect.

Miss the old scent
This may be just a "me" problem, but I was surprised and devastated that what I thought was just a new brand repackage also had a completely different scent from the Tresemme I've used since I was a kid. I've got scent sensitivities that trigger migraines, so I have to be really picky about my personal care products, and the light watermelon-y scent that has been there since the beginning of time was perfect. Now it smells like it's trying to be "high end" or something, but whatever is in there now, I just can't do it :( I guess the pro for anyone who enjoys the smell is that it sticks around, because I washed my hair yesterday morning and 36 hours later it's still going strong and making me a little nauseous. Still gave it 3 stars, because my hair is soft and feels nice as usual. That said, I need to head to the store now and find something new to wash it out. Sorry, Tresemme.

Fab at volumising hair
Excellent product. Hair feels more volumised after one wash. Hair doesn’t feel Frizzy. Lasts for 10-15 washes per bottle. Would highly recommend for fine hair.
