This product is breathable and not heavy. The product does exactly what it says, leaving your skin feeling hydrated and leaving a dewy finish. My skin felt great all day! People couldn't tell if I had a natural glow or if I had makeup on. I think the ingredients in this product is a plus the coconut milk, aloe, and the Niacinamide!

I love that the coverage was able to tone down some pinkiness in my skin. I even tested this on my under eye circles and I feel like it canceled out a bit of the blue in the circles and the dewy finish made that area look even brighter. I like that this product isn’t heavy and due to its light coverage, I like that it is very easy to blend out and feather onto my neck. I really like the dewy finish and I feel like it really helps hide that I’m wearing any makeup. My face and skin just look “fresh”. One major downside to this product is the scent. The scent reminds me of playdough and took a long time to fade. The scent never really dissipates though so I feel like I can smell it constantly. If you’re wearing perfume or other face products you probably won’t notice it but if you’re going for a basic fresh face look I think it will be hard to ignore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the CoverGirl Clean Fresh Nourishing Skin Tint in the shade 630 Deep Dark, which is supposed to be one of the deepest shades in the lineup. But as you can see, this is far from “deep dark” it’s several shades lighter than my skin tone. I appreciate the lightweight, no scent, dewy formula and the addition of niacinamide but the shade range is disappointing, the finish is matte. Dark-skinned consumers like myself deserve better representation, especially in 2025. Inclusivity isn’t a trend, it’s a necessity. I hope to see more brands, especially legacy ones like CoverGirl, expand their ranges to reflect the true beauty of all skin tones.

However the color did not really match my skin, I would say maybe if I tanned in the summer it would work, and the lighter tone would be too pale for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested it with and without a primer. I would say do not use with a primer, however if you have pores as well just skip it all together. When this skin tint lays on top of the primer it doesn’t seem to take to it very well, whether it be silicone or water based this tint does not care. You can definitely wear it better without unless you’re like me and got very noticeable pores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked okay I guess for me. I used a blurring primer first and it pilled. Or it could have mixed poorly with my skincare. But I used a makeup wipe to remove everything and start over without leftover skincare or primer on my face. No pilling after that. I used both a brush and sponge to apply. I think the brush worked better with this product. It has more coverage than I was expecting although it is still light. It is dewy but not too dewy. The product stuck to my skin okay but it does dry down a little and oxidize slightly. Feels hydrating with no no perfumey scent. It took a lot of work to build this up and apply so I wouldn't recommend honestly.

It gives a nice sheer, dewy coverage that evens out my skin tone without feeling heavy. It’s lightweight and breathable, but I wish it had just a bit more staying power. Still a great everyday option!
