I love these. After reading people's reviews! You MUST remove the protective layer on each side I of the patch….. these are soft and sit on the skin well without sliding. The scent is very light.

Burns and uncomfortable
I bought this on a whim and didn’t check the reviews first. I wish I had; my skin started stinging as soon as I put it on, but I left it for 10 minutes thinking it would get better. It didn’t. The skin under my eyes was bright red when I pulled them off, worse than before I put them on. In addition to the stinging, the patches are not soft or pliable and the material is thick.

So I have a combination skin type. And this worked really really well. I just left it on for 15 minutes underneath my eyes and the dark circles are gone. And the sent was really nice as well. Definitely going to keep using this product and definitely recommend.

Burns :(
I like Pacifica in general and use a lot of their other products (sunscreen, masks, even the other eye masks) and love using these as a treat. I haven’t bought them in a while and decided to spoil myself a bit today, and was shocked to find it burned, horribly, within seconds of putting it on. I waited a few minutes to see if it went away before giving up, and it left faint red marks where the patches were on my skin (after literally 3 minutes!) which is concerning. The redness did fade in the next 10ish minutes with no lasting harm. I don’t have super sensitive skin and I use Pacifica all the time. Not sure if it’s a formula change but seeing other people here had the same experience, I think something has gone quite wrong. If it burns at all, don’t use it!

I agree with everyone about a burning sensation at first. Not severe - more tingling. I also really dislike the patches itself. I didn’t realize it would be the material it is. It almost feels like a medical item from a hospital than something luxury and relaxing. I was hoping it was that jelly-like material but instead it’s like gauze or something I can’t explain but definitely not something I wanted on my face for 10 minutes. I wish I never got it and wasted my money.

Outstanding eye patches
I normalIy don't write reviews but this product is one of the best eye patches I've tried - the very expensive Shiseido one is the gold standard but way too expensive for regular use. This Pacifica product is very similar (at least for me) and I like that it's a more natural brand. I think it might also be paraben free which is important. I leave these on for about 15 min or so and really notice a difference.

Do not buy them!
Do not buy them!!! They irritated my eyes and my L eye is swollen. I thought I was imagining things but nope!!! I usually read reviews and this time I didn’t. Horrible product save yourself the trouble and headaches and do not buy it. I hope the puffiness goes away and it’s just a day or two thing going on because now I have to figure out what to do next…

Morning routine
I love to put these on in the morning and let them refresh the delicate skin around my eyes. I'm wondering if the people that don't like the texture or feel of these missed that they need to remove the protective mesh layer first, because I can see that feeling scratchy. These are actually very soft on the skin.

Horribly made product
Well these totally suck. They are paper like and therefore absolutely do not mold and completely adhere to your under eye area. I use eye pat hes literally every day and unless they are hydrogel they are garbage. I have these in as I write this and it has buckles where it doesn't attach, the edges are hard and are cutting into me a little and there are clearly areas that juts are going to stay lifted.

I bought this as a treat. I didn't have undereye circles. I didn't have undereye puffiness. I wish I didn't try it. It stuck so much to my undereye skin that I had a hard time getting it off, and while I tried it getting it off, it pulled and stretched my undereye skin so much that now I have puffiness under my eyes. It's been a couple of weeks since I used it and puffiness hasn't gone away. Very upsetting.
