Decided to buy it to test it out compared to my usual Charmin/Cottonelle. Definitely not worth the buy. Spend the extra .70-$1.00 on buying the other brands. This was very thin and I just overall don’t recommend ! I recommend Blue Charmin & Purple Cottonelle!!!

I've bought and used the Up&Up Soft & Strong toilet paper forever and thought it was great. This last pack I bought, the quality has noticeably gone down. It is so thin now and not soft and strong. Will be looking for a different toilet paper.

They did something with this toilet paper as I’ve been buying this version for years. It’s now thinner and feels cheap (like the brands you can buy from the dollar store). Would not recommend unless target brings back the older version!

This is not the same soft & strong we have been buying for years. I noticed immediately. It's not soft or strong. It's rough and thin and although it's two ply, they are super super thin. This feels like very cheap quality toilet paper found in public restrooms. Would expect a lot nicer for the price. :/ Please bring back the original soft and strong.
