I bought it to cut back on gluten and for a healthier pasta. However, when I cooked it, there was a thin film on the pasta (Kind of pasty). And coming from someone that seasons their food, the pasta still tasted bland.

Wow! Epic Penne Failure
This is the worst gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. Pretty sure it’s made from plastic. Taste like candle wax. Omg- this is the literal worst thing I’ve ever had in my life.

GF pasta that holds up
Best GF penne I’ve had! Most GF pasta doesn’t hold up. This you can even boil it then bake in a dish with sauce and it doesn’t fall apart. And the directions for how long to boil are actually correct. Most others cook in 5 minutes but the directions say 11-13. So hard to find good GF pasta but good and gather has figured it out!

This pasta was the only kind left at my local Target so I gave it a try and didn’t tell anyone who was eating it. Everyone complimented how good dinner was and were shocked when I told them the meal was gluten free, I absolutely love this pasta and how it tasted in Chicken Alfredo.

Horrible taste and disgusting texture!
Ignore these other reviews - this pasta is disgusting. Horrible texture, putrid taste, NOTICEABLY different than regular pasta. So revolting I threw the entire pot away, went to the store and bought Barilla and finished dinner with that. Do not buy - it’s expensive and gross.
