A: It's ridiculous! If you want the longest length pads that they have to offer, then you have to buy their original thickest Always Extra Heavy Overnight Maxi Pads in size 5. All of their other size 5 thin/ultra thin pads for the other product lines(ex: Infinity, Pure Cotton, etc) are way shorter and only one or two inches longer than their extra long panty liners. Why would customers think that the thinner size 5 pads would be much shorter than the thickest size 5 pads instead of just being the same length pad in a thinner version? They need to put the measurements for all their pads on all of their packages.

Is NOT leak proof as advertised
This product sucks. I never write reviews but I had to get on here because I am appalled. I’ve been having periods monthly since 11 years old. I am 31 this year and have never had a leak that messed up furniture until now. Leaked right throw my couch cushions and this has never happened to me in 20 years. This product is a joke and not as advertised at all. Stop misleading folks.

Leaks
These are not actually usable for overnight. The back is way too short, so if you sleep on your back, they don’t cover enough and you will leak. They’re supposed to cover the entire panty front to back or am I mistaken? They stop about halfway up the back and like a quarter way up the front. I wear a size large in bottoms and have a curvy bottom, which many women do, so this isn’t a “me” problem. These are just under-designed and clearly not made for real bodies or real sleep positions. Absorbency doesn’t matter if the coverage is wrong. I can’t believe a company that’s supposed to make feminine products is missing the point this much. We. Want. Coverage. And no my flow isn’t insanely heavy. Actually I wore these on a light day and I still had leakage in the back. Wouldn’t buy again.

Leak proof definitely worth your money
I’m in love with these past have been using them for years. They absorb everything no leaks doesn’t mess with your peach balance as well. It’s very comfortable and it’s not thick where you can see it outside of your clothes. Last is for a long time eight hours on a regular cycle.

Materials changed - no longer leak proof
I lovvved these pads when they first came out. I have a heavy flow and clot often due to fibroids and PCOS and they were perfect for feeling dry, absorption, and feeling discreet with clothes. i just purchased another box and they chs ged the materials. Its so plastic-y, especially the sides. Ive leaked 3 times, comosted to near zero prior to the material change. It went from a 5 star rating to a 2.5. I’m so disappointed:(

Bringing my sanitary pads without a pad
I usually pay for bags each time I order something when doing Drive through but each time they bring my order without a bag. whe. WARNING- chemical burns and YEAST.
DO NOT BUY THESE! 🤬I never leave reviews but I feel the need to warn other women so- here is your warning. I used and loved these for years but something has changed. I have had CHEMICAL burns and contact dermatitis AND yeast my last 3 periods and I finally figured out these always pads are the culprit. I don’t know what chemical they’ve added to these but do yourself a favor and buy literally any other brand. I’ll also be filing complaints with the FDA and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. I encourage anyone else that has experienced issues like these to do the same! Are they absorbent? YEAH. But at what cost?! Look it up on TikTok, there are other women suffering as well because of Always!

I was skeptical at first due to the feel and material. But I love them, I have not had a leak yet, even through the night and on my heavy first days. They are super absorbent, I can wear one for 6h+ not having to change it, and not feeling uncomfortable in them. Other ones even thick extra large ones for night time I’d have to switch at least once in that timeframe.

Favorite pads on the market
Love this style of pads. I tried the cotton ones but those seemed to irritate me (sensitive skin). These are a dream. I was a little surprised they were as thin as the size 3, but they definitely cover more surface area for heavy days/nights. They’re absorbent, thin, and stay in place— what more could you want from a pad?!

These Pads are Revolutionary
This is the only kind of pad that I ever want to wear on heavy flow days. I wear them day and night. The blood somehow gets naturally distributed throughout the entire pad instead of being absorbed only in the spot where it lands. You will feel totally dry all day because none of the blood ends up just sitting on the material. I ran out of these today and had to use a different kind that I had on hand, and I totally forgot that other pads are not like these, so I leaked because the other kind of pad just stopped absorbing when the one general area of blood flow was saturated (leaving the other areas of the pad unused). Not only are these extremely absorbent, but they're so thin that you can't feel them or see them through your pants. No more worrying about pad outlines and having to choose your outfit based on your cycle. They also totally eliminate odor! I just can't say enough good things about these. Look no further. These are the best pads out there.
