    TARGET ERROR

    Target accepted my order then came back and said my card had expired. Well, it didn’t. The expiration is in 2027. As a result I had to use another card and did NOTgey 5% cash back. Because I had to reorder you were out of stock on one item and had to purchase elsewhere. WONT DO THIS AGAIN!!

    Solid supplement

    Not for those sensitive to supplements

    Gives me major "heady" feeling, dizziness, air hunger kind of feeling within an hr of taking it. Then this same thing occurs periodically throughout the day. rapid heartrate, parasympathetic letdown etc cant say I see the benefit in a supplement that makes me feel so ill.

    Supports sleep and muscle comfort

    I’ve been taking this magnesium glycinate daily and have noticed a calming effect that helps my sleep and overall relaxation. The gentle formula doesn’t upset my stomach the way other magnesium supplements have, and it feels like a good addition to my nightly routine. I appreciate that the capsules are designed for high absorption, and after a couple weeks I felt like my muscles weren’t as tense at night. It’s been especially helpful for reducing occasional cramps and promoting a sense of calm before bed.  The only minor downside for me is the capsule size, which is a bit larger than I expected. If you have trouble swallowing pills, you might want to take it with plenty of water or open the capsule and mix the powder into applesauce or a drink.  Overall, I’d recommend this if you want a magnesium supplement that’s easy on the stomach and effective for general wellness support, especially sleep and muscle comfort.

    Major cramps

    Do not buy these. I’ve taken different brands of magnesium glycinate for years. I got these in a pinch and WOW my stomach was upset, cramping for the few days I took them. Like clockwork. I stopped one day and got the brand I was using before - no cramps. Everyone’s different but they gave me pain similar to gallbladder attacks but less intense. Not worth it

    False advertising

    The item is advertised in the photo as having the USP label which means it has been independently verified by a third party lab to contain the ingredients and quantities that it claims it has. The bottles I received do not have the USP marking on the label, so who knows what's in them. Very disappointing!

    Tastes of Mildew

    There is something deeply wrong with the product I received. It tastes (and smells) musty and reminiscent of mildew or old clothing. I am horrified.

    Capsules Too Big

    I like them I think they work well but they’re hard to swallow even when I drink a full bottle of water with them. I’ve ended up burping up the dust many times.

    High absorb Magnesium

    I have not seen any improvement in taking these pills. I have taken them for now all most 3 months so I do not think I will still be taking them

    Reformulated?

    A long time user of this product. I had switched brands over the past few months and decided to resume Nature Made. I took it without much thought but instantly got a taste and smell like it was musty or mildew like. The next morning was unpleasant with additional trips to the bathroom. This is very different than my past experiences with this product. Has it been reformulated?
